Tom is very conscientious, a perfectionist and polite. He came very highly recommended by a friend that had a complete kitchen remodel. Tom repaired my outdoor lighting and installed a new fixture at my built in barbecue. Iâ ve already booked him for another project. I couldnâ t possibly be happier with his work.

He installed the doggy door incorrectly, he cut to much material out and he did not follow the trace that comes included. He ended up cutting a stud as well and he did not frame it so my load barring stud is not properly supported as per code because he did not check for studs, even after cutting the stud there is still studs in the way of the top screw holes so instead of fixing that he just threw away the top screws and said it was fine without asking me. Now I have to buy a whole other kit. He said it was fine and that he would not fix it. Now I am hearing my frame creaking through the entire house, which I have been here for 30 years and have never heard before. I can not get a hold of him, he is not responding emails or calls.

Tom installed two steel doors in our home. One door was an exterior door leading into the garage and the other was a "fire door" leading from the garage into the house. Tom did a beautiful installation with high quality products at a very reasonable cost. This guy knows what he is doing, does not overcharge, and works hard. I will not hesitate to ask Tom to help us with other home improvement projects. Tom is truly an artist when it comes to all aspects of home construction/repairs. Thank you Tom! Robert E. We had Tom and his son Brandon remodel our downstairs bath into a walk in shower, beautiful. Then they tore down our existing deck and patio covers and build a wall on the second floor master where the slider was, once again, great work, studs. Drywall, stucco, plastering. Also, replaced all 3 toilets. These folks know how to do it all!

Be very careful before paying Thomas because if he makes a mistake he will not correct it. I paid over $800 for painting the internal walls of my garage, installing some cabinets in my garage, and a Proslat Slatwall, and all were done incorrectly. I have had to hire an actual painter to repaint my entire garage because Tom and Grace smeared and left streaks on every wall, it looks bad. On top of that, he raised his voice several times when I requested installation and paint to be done a certain way, he cut me off and did it his way. Furthermore, one of the Proslat Slatwalls was drilled into my wall crooked, but he packed up and left that day. When I contacted him a few days later requesting to come and repair it, he argued with me and said he did not have time to waste by coming back to my home for a job that had already paid him for. My husband was furious and asked that I just not have this person return. We took a major financial hit but it was worth getting someone who actually was experienced in home improvement. Please be careful because Tom does take the money and run.

Tom was great! He took time to listen and suggested options. We had him come in to install tile â backsplashâ in the kitchen and he ended up doing new lighting and sink too. We will use him again!

Tom responded very quickly and was able to come out the same day that we spoke to do a full power wash of our driveway/sidewalks, where a different contractor had left concrete residue and failed to clean up their mess. He was very honest about what would (and might not) come off, took time to explain the whole process, and gave me a fair price. By the end of the day, our driveway and sidewalk looked almost good as new! Very satisfied with my experience with TNT.
