+ -1 moreAfter checking the BBB, I have realized that many other people have had similar problems. These people are unethical, dishonest, and only care about themselves. We were overcharged and lost most of our deposit for the property. We spoke to multiple agents at Century 21, and they did not communicate between each other and blamed us for things that we did not do.
Description of Work: I used them to rent a property for my family. When we first moved it, the conditions we un-livable. There was not running water for the first 10 days. They had to do major plumbing work in order to get running water. We lived there for 6 weeks before moving out due to the amount of issues with the property. There were major electrical problems that needed to be address that posed a threat to our safety
