+ -1 moreWe had 3 roof leaks in different parts of the house. Rick & his crew responded promptly, found the leaks, and repaired them. After a few days, it rained and one of the leaks reappeared. Rick came within 2 days of my call and fixed the problem. After that, it rained again...and no more leaks!!! His fees were reasonable when compared to other roofers who also quoted on the job. Really nice person to deal with and I would gladly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Roof tiles had to be removed, leaks patched, and tiles replaced.

+ -1 moreRick was very honest, almost to a fault. He quoted me on a 30yr roof but then the city told him it had to be 40yr in my area. He ate the cost because he said he should've known. He cleaned up every day and when his crew didn't clean completely one night he came early the next morning to clean up. Was very honest and pointed out his mistakes, which he corrected. Did a great job on the roof and it looks great. Compared to all my neighbors, Professional Roofing was much better, both in price and quality. Works mostly Tustin, CA area.
Description of Work: Tore off a wood shingle roof on a single story home, re-roofed with 3-tab shingle.
