 + -1 moreThey stole my good part and then sent back a broken part then claimed to paypal that the part was no good. the condition, serial part number did not match original part

 + -1 moreThe tecnician was very knowledgeable and thorough. We ran into a couple of unexpected problems along the way but he was determined and able to accomplish the task. He was great at explaining what he was doing along the way.
Description of Work: The technician replace my old computer with a newer one I had. He also had to install a new modem from Time Warner
