Bait and switch. I obtained multiple quotes for my foundation. Dalinghaus Construction quoted me 19 piers to stabilize my home. I questioned why their competitors were quoting me over 30 piers, and they reassured me I was being over-quoted by their competitors. Long story short, I went with Dalinghaus. During construction, a rep (David F) came by to drop off some tools and found that 19 piers would not be enough. They said I needed 14 more piers (totaling 33 same as their competitors). I am stuck because I cannot leave my home half stabilized. No other reputable company would complete the job if another company started it. I was obligated to move forward with Dalinghaus. No one called to apologize for the misstep. They invoiced me and could care less how much this would affect my family. They proceeded to install14 more piers but left 14 large holes they said backfilling was not part of the scope of work, while the original 19 were backfilled. Insanely strange why they think I wanted 14 large holes at my home. So this is where they gave me a discount. They backfilled the holes for free. Free? It should be included in the work. All in all, why do I have to pay for a mistake of this magnitude? I have tried to work it out with them peacefully but they have not provided me with anything that would make this right. Only excuses why they should not compensate me. They have no integrity. They only care about their reputation at this point (they want my BBB review taken down). I would like to be compensated for the 14 additional piers that were missed from the original quote. 14 additional piers is a completely new job, not an â new work order. They are professionals and should have done a more thorough assessment to provide me with an accurate quote. Their competitors seemed to have done so but I was sadly duped by Dalinghaus. They baited me in and switched the price after the work started. $38k is a lot to lose. I have 2 small children and a home that needs to be completed. Ps. I have been waiting on a resolution for over 2 months now.

I hired Dalinghaus to lift my house and replace the post and pier foundations in addition to the girder beams. Isaac coordinated the whole job and was great to work with. They did such an excellent job at a good price I wish I could hire them for additional improvement and repair on my old house.

We hired Dalinghaus for our earthquake retrofit on a raised foundation. The entire company was easy to work with: friendly, timely, clean, and conscientious. A special note during Pandemic: sales and crew all wore masks.

They completed the project on time and at a fair price. The quality of their work was very good.

When the Project Consultant, Armando Sandoval came out to inspect the foundation, he actually crawled under the house and took pictures of our foundation. He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. I was very impressed with the respect the crew had for my property and landscape. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They had excellent customer service.

I received an estimate from this company and it was the best estimate of the 3 foundations specialist that I spoke with, when I am ready financially this would be the company I would hire.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to other homeowners who are having issues with their home's foundation. Our home was showing cracks in the interior near the ceiling and corners and on the exterior patio and garage had cracks that ran from the driveway to the outside patio slab. Dalinghaus came out to our home numerous times to assess our home's issues, provide a competitive estimate, and explain the process to us multiple times until we felt confident in moving forward with their team. (We met with six to eight different companies, before choosing Dalinghaus.) I am truly impressed with their customer service, attention to detail, professional staff, and follow-through that I recommend Dalinghaus Construction, Inc. It's been a year since they leveled our home and no cracks have reappeared.

I’m so glad I did my homework and found Dalinghaus. We bought a house with a slab crack. I called 5 different companies the bids I got were all over the place. Most of the companies were over building what was needed to drive up the project cost. Dalinghaus was fair and professional. Sean, Holly and team were on point. Not only did they bid a creative solution for thousands of $$$ less than the competition, once on site they reassessed, modified their original plan and saved me even more $$$$.
