sewer cleaning, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreHere is a letter I emailed George and Brandon after the work was completed by another Company WITH NO RESPONSE 8/19/2012: The first 2 times you came out, I thought your Company was great! Since then, my house has been re-piped. Thank God I did not get a estimate for that from you. My Sewer lateral has been fixed too. 3 Estimates of 1500.00. You wanted 4200.00. No H.O.A does not cover any expense beyond my curb as I own the property. I cannot believe your estimate of 4200.00!! How can you take a disabled person like this?? charging me 3x the amount! It is now done and taken care of. The at least 15 Business cards that Yourself and Brandon have given me have been discarded. I could never refer anyone to your Company. I may be contacting the BBB to file a complaint to warn disabled and Seniors about CPI and their outrageous estimates. Very disappointed Customer
Description of Work: Called CPI twice and they were great!. They Augured and Jet sprayed my main Sewer line. Japanese box wood shrubs had grown into pipe. They gave me an estimate of 4200.00. to dig and repair sewer lateral. When I finally talked to George, He stated that his plumber friend informed him that my P.O.A would take care of it, so he was going to charge more. I am disabled living on SSDI. I called City of Wildomar and received some plumber names. Was quoted 1500.00. Work was completed 8/2012. I joined Angies list recently as a Major Stroke survivor at current age of 45, I do not want to get ripped off due to my disability. seniors / disabled please watch and get estimates before proceeding with any company!!

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreThe final price was 157.00 which seemed a little high. They provided quality work, and were very professional.
Description of Work: we replaced our stove, however, the original installed gas pipe line extended out from the wall to far (five inches) thus preventing the stove from sliding into place. CPI provided a phone estimate of 135.00 to shorten the gas pipe line and realign the connection.
