jJodi is awesome! Being on the mountain, I am am not used to someone who returns calls, shows up on time, and does what they say they're going to do. Jodi does all of that, every time! She's very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Jody returned my initial phone call within an hour, as she has all my subsequent calls. Not only was she on time for the appointment the next day, but she had set aside enough time to treat the house for ants that day if we decided we wanted her services. She has been extremely thorough in all her inspections and treatments, and she always checks back after a treatment to see if the pests are gone. When the ants swarmed again, she came to treat the house within 24 hours, and re-visited four times during the following two weeks to make sure the poison bait was working--all at no additional charge. When the rodent problem appeared, she used a variety of traps and baits to make sure the pests were completely gone. Jody always wears O.R. booties so the house stays clean. She takes care of our house as though it was her own.
