Roland and his team did a beautiful job creating an opening between two rooms in our home. He stays in communication through the whole project. His team is respectful, on time, and they did beautiful work. We are very happy and would recommend Roland to others as well as use him for any future projects.

Roland is fair and honest. He knows his stuff. What he told me was wrong, and needed to be done, was spot on. He also replaced plywood under the floor and new flooring. Installed new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. I will be using him again in the future.

Roland Is the owner and he is fair, honest and an excellent communicator! His supervisor Alfredo has worked for him for 17years - that has to tell you something. We have had deck, trellis, paint, doors and more completed by this team. They are caring and kind and do superb work. Roland wants to make sure you are happy and ALWAYS goes above and beyond! We have more work to do on our house in the future and will DEFINITELY have this team do it all. I highly recommend and am very happy with this company! We had 2 other bids for the scope of work and this one fell in the middle price wise and we are actually getting more detailed finish than the other companies agreed to. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!! Happy customer!

The owner of the company, Roland, stayed in good communication with us until the scheduled day of the project. His team of workers were neat, clean, respectful and worked efficiently to conclude the job in a timely manner. We interviewed and got bids from 6-7 other companies and not only did they not know how to do this particular job, their estimates were ridiculously high priced. Roland quoted us a very fair and reasonable price and it did not fluctuate. It was refreshing to do business with this company!

The owner of Froland Carpentry runs a first class professional company. The crew shows up on time and are pleasant and respectful. They protected surrounding work area surfaces including floor runners on the stone floors. We had cabinetry work, water damage repaired from the exterior of our house including water damage on the interior walls and baseboards. We couldn't be happier with the impeccable finish work. They are real pros. We will definitely hire them for our next project which will be staining the driveways and decks around our swimming pool. We completely trust their quality of work, clarity in communication, bids and follow through. Great find!

Crew arrived at designated time and proceeded to accomplish all agreed too items promptly. Fabricated and painted two new gates as required and removed existing patio cover and beams. Disposed old lumber and left job site in very clean condition. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend the highly. Would hire them again in a heart beat.

Good communication. Excellent work. They rebuilt a patio cover that was deteriorating and then painted it. They arrived on time and cleaned up the area at the end of arch day. Very happy with their work.

Roland Flores stays right on top of the work and his workers and has terrific style ideas and recommendations. I highly recommend him and his team and I will use him again, as we have many upcoming changes to make to our house and property. Very clean and professional. Work was: rebuild deck, install new sliding doors, re-frame sliding door to accommodate a single glass door, A/C unit, and window, install new windows, re-plaster bathrooms and paint them, install new shower door, install new medicine cabinet, etc.

Good work, need to do better job on clean up. Slow on change work as everything needs to go through boss first. I believe they can improve on that.

I hired Froland Carpentry to do a complete rebuild of a deck, replace a back iron fence and replace a kitchen floor. Roland the owner accommodated my timeline of replacing the floor while I was out of town. They discovered a problem left by a previous contractor and they were ready with a reasonable fix. The deck looks awesome and while we replaced the same size and shape as the previous deck, it looks so much better due to workmanship and little details that you don't get with a standard track build. We had a large - very hard working crew at our place as the work progressed. Besides being hard working, each member was respectful and listened. I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past who I would never work with again but I would certainly work with Froland Carpentry again. Bottom-line, they are fast, good price and quality work.

Estimates were fair and accurate, actual work was excellent. Work crews were professionals in everything they did. All the construction debris was removed and work areas were cleaned, job well done.
