His crew does a fabulous job and are immaculate and respectful cleaning up after themselves each day on the job. He spent so much time on the phone and in person going over his proposal and explaining everything in detail and what the best and most economical solutions were. Roland is honest and personable and I look forward to working with him on any future projects. He has kept his word and completed everything thus far on a timely basis. The project included new Hardie siding, shingles and trim for the whole house, painting the whole exterior, reframing windows, replacing a door, new fascias and gutters throughout, rerouting electrical service. This company can do it all, it seems. Will likely hire them for additional deferred maintenance repair and sidewalks. They arrived on time every day and worked full days. Very responsive to comments and direction.

They were very responsive to unforeseen changes in my schedule and were always prompt and professional. They had excellent suggestions for improvements and the quality of their work was beyond my expectations. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I own a number of rental properties and have worked with many contractors. They are the best I have used and I will continue to use them in the future.

Roland and his team were on time, professional and clean. When I asked them to redo something, they did it with smiles and exactly how I wanted it. Part of the work done was moving a TV and mounting it to a wall. After they finished and left, I noticed a small problem that wasn't there when we first checked. Roland had his guys turn around, come back and they fixed it within minutes. Again, all with smiles. I will be using them again.

Roland and his crew covered a 64 foot drainage ditch with a wooden walkway. Additionally installed an exterior fire door to our garage and some various structural repairs. His work is high quality with exceptional attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

The patio repair done by Roland and his crew was excellet. They were neat amd very industrious and polite. The patio looks so good and I am extreme pleased. The work was one on time and the crew cleaned up the work area each day and the final day left the area in a completely in order.
