very good work, reasonable and quick

Quick response and a good understanding of the homeowners needs. Workmanship is varey clean anbd neat providing a verry good product.

Post slab-leak wall & ceiling restoration (sheetrock & paining). Plumber left 11 holes in sheetrock walls and ceiling after slab leak bypass. Roland called me about 30 seconds after placing the request. He came out to inspect property same day and provided written estimate the next day. Price was fair (and he had 85 HomeAdvisor references) so we selected his company. His crew started work 2 days later and we were satisfied w the results. Can barely see texture match and paint match is good. He is going into my rental property roladex (yes I still have one...).

I hired Forland Carpentry to remodel my Kitchen drawers and shelves. Because my kitchen drawers and shelves were really old, Forland carpentry had to put in slides and build modified drawers and install slides for new custom pull-out shelves. Froland handmade the shelves and did a really good job. Given the number of drawers and pull-out they worked quickly and did quality work. I would recommend Foland Carpentry and will use them again soon.
