Roland took care of leveling a balcony and sealing it for me on my rental property. Considering all of the work and coordination, it was a fairly smooth process. Everything was done when it was supposed to and the end result was very clean and up to expectation.

ROLAND is a man of his word. He said he was going to make our house look great and he did. He said his workers would do a top notch job and they did. His guys stopped working everyday 1/2 to 1 hour before going home and clean up all tools and looked for any stray nails. They were polite and easy to have around. His company has earned our trust.

Quotes are not the lowest but competitive and reasonable. Open to discuss options to meet budget expectations. Work done in time and to cust satisfaction. No additional charges for small things which need to be done but were not in quote. Areas missed or requiring correction done with no problems. After this job hired them for the next project

Exceptional experience - creative ideas, attention to detail, thorough, on time - this project entailed some detail work (indoor carpentry/trim), as well as major outdoor work - completely dismantling and rebuilding a back glass and wood fence, repairing a stucco wall where there was water damage, etc. -- Great job!

they did a very good job. they did a little more than was asked for. Roland was in touch all the time. I was very satisfied. And good value, so worth the cost.

When the owner, Roland, came out to estimate the many small jobs we needed taken care of, his knowledge in so many areas of home repair was so vast and his confidence that he could get the jobs done so impressive that we had to hire him! The service was prompt, and when we needed a couple of things fine tuned, his workman, Sean, was quick to respond. Excellent work, excellent customer service, reasonable prices.

I had cable for a TV run from the attic, around the carpet/baseboard edge, into the wall and then into an outlet that they installed; the new cable was split off an existing cable already in the attic. Plus an existing telephone outlet was replaced with a combo telephone/cable outlet in another room. The job was done quickly and well. It was a tad pricier than I'd hoped for.

The work was started a few days later than initially planned. However, it was completed in the timeframe originally planned for. The workman involved me in all detailed decisions to ensure my desires and expectations were met.

Had a limited time to get this done and Roland got it done early.

Costs were as proposed.

Super job by Roland and his crew. Roland is very knowledgeable and he made sure the work they did would stand the test of time. I chose Roland because of his experience and wasn't disappointed. The job was completed in a timely manner and he took care of several different issues for me. He supervised everything himself. I had a portable air conditioner that I purchased for my loft/office. I needed it brought up the stairs and the window ventilation installed. Roland and his crew did this job in about 1/2 hour.
