Because he lived closed to my home, he was able to visit and give me a better estimate. Others were not as eager to visit, instead they gave me estimates over the phone. Roland and his associate, Ray, came on time. They performed the job professionally. The job involved cutting a hole in a wall having stucco on the outside, and installing a prefabricated pet door for cats through that hole. Ray did most of the labor while Roland supervised. Roland answered my questions with confidence. Roland seems to have a lot of experience and I feel comfortable with hiring him for possible bigger jobs.

Froland Carpentry was awesome! Roland provided an accurate estimate, took the time to discuss options and most importantly did high quality work. They exceeded expectations when they added in some nice trim and rounded the corners to make the storage unit look clean. The whole process was a pleasure and we would definitely use them again.

They reframed and replaced front series of windows including inside and outside frame/dry wall replacement. They were timely, competitively priced and provided a quality job.

Roland is a godsend. Professional and quick in the service. He put together a good quote and saved us a ton of money by using some of the old fence. His work is some of the finest I have seen and we will be using him again for multiple future projects. His crew even cleaned up the backyard and he threw in a quick concrete slab project free of charge! Highly recommended!!
