 + -1 moreHigh marks for design. Took a couple weeks longer than scheduled, had to be rushed at the end(out of town visitors). Quality of work was mixed: some aspects done well, but some significant quality issues, including: tub not installed to mfg's spec, slab marble broken in several places (ouch!), sloppy painting, misaligned crown molding junctions, and other small stuff. Initial quote was detailed & thorough. Cost of change orders was not clearly communicated to us (despite requests); we were significantly overcharged for a couple items and found we were even charged for work that was never performed. We realized too late he did not apply for building permits(stuck between rock/hard place since we had fixed time constraints for the project). Throughout the process, Elliot reassured us that he'd address any concerns(he has a very disarming personality), but has yet(6 months later) to address the issues that were not discovered until after final payment was made.
Description of Work: Full demolition & remodel of master bedroom & bath, cosmetic updates to a powder room(countertop, plumbing/lighting fixtures, paint), and paint/carpet in two other bedrooms.

 + -1 moreElliot was wonderful. All the subs were always responsive to my questions. He has been incredibly helpful with me in dealing with the lighting company which I am having problems with. A really great guy and I look forward to working with him again.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD TO WORK WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IN A MINUTE. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. IF THERE WERE ISSUES, THEY RESPONDED TO THEM.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS. WE HAD A NEW OVEN INSTALLED.
