I am the landlord for a house where the gas heater pilot light was not staying on. The tenants went out and bought an electric heater, which they used at the same time as the dryer and it blew the circuit for the whole house. Tenant couldn't get into the box where the circuit breakers are. It was freezing on New Year's Day, and he had no gas and no electricity. Tim went out on the holiday, fixed the electrical problem and charged a pittance. He had to drive from Laguna to my house in Newport. I am very grateful to him. Best contractor experience in years!!!
