We are expert installers of window film, retractable screens and a full line of window coverings. All of our films come with a lifetime warranty and glass breakage warranties backed by national manufactures. Our full line of Clear View retractable screens come with a limited lifetime warranty and are made in the U.S.A. My promise to my customers is to provide high quality products with professional and courteous customer service. No matter how big or small your project, we make business personal. Description of Work: THEY REMOVED OLD TINT FROM SLIDING OFFICE DOOR, 3 DOUBLE DOORS, CATHEDRAL TYPE WINDOWS (LARGE AREA) AND A 3 PANEL KITCHEN WINDOW. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND GOT THE JOB DONE, CLEANED UP AND JOB COMPLETED! They were very helpful through-out the entire process. We plant to hire them again for window coverings.

Hello member, Thank you for your business and input on the services we provided. Obviously very disappointed that we did not provide from start to finish the best experience. I always stress to my customers and my employees that we all have bad days, but what makes my company stand the test of time and keep my customers coming back is owning our mistakes and making things right. I know how hard people work for their money especially in Orange County. I do not want to be a company that takes advantage of people or their trust. I do recall the situation with your project, but did not realize your displeasure. Normally we do a 1 month follow up to make sure our clients are happy with our services. All this being said all I can do is apologize for any inconvenience we caused you and refund the money that was not discounted properly. Had I known about this sooner I would have taken care of right away. It was not until my office manager brought it to my attention today that I was made aware of this situation. I have worked in this community for over 20 years and anyone who knows me or my company knows I strive to be the best in what ever we do or the services we provide. I always do what is right and run a very honest business and would never jeopardize my reputation in my community. I am so sorry we fell short on this project for you and I hope you would give us a second chance as this was just a fluke. I am happy to speak to you at anytime. Thank you for your time and business. Description of Work: They tinted four doors and two sidelights. The installer arrived on time, completed the job in about 3 hours and cleaned up properly. The job met all of our expectations.

Description of Work: Excellent service! Very pleased with the work, friendly service from the owner to the tech. Work was neat and looks great. Cleaned up after work was completed and the tech made several suggestions of other areas that could possibly be tinted at a later date. These suggestions were appreciated and we will utilized this service again. Very, very pleased with service and finsihed product!
