+ -1 moreWe recently moved to California from Texas - in Texas we had a pool/spa installed in just 6 weeks. So we had high expectations. While the overall project took longer here - it was largely due to our HOA rejecting our plans 6 times. Rich was good at coordinating his subs for each stage of the project. There were a few hold-ups, but he was responsive and wanted to make sure we were happy. Comparing this to what my neighbors are currently experiencing using other contractors for their pool/spa construction and I think we really lucked out! While our neighbors are having to deal with projects stretching out for 9+ months, contractors who disappear into thin air for weeks on end, having materials dropped off in their driveway but not used/installed for a month or more - we dealt with none of that! And we are so happy with the way the space turned out, we get compliments from everyone who comes over - it's a completely unique design!
