Quick to respond, good price and great quality. I really appreciated their customer service. I did go back to get screens for the rest of my windows fixed. They were great. About 1/3 the price elsewhere.

They were fabulous. They were prompt and professional. The installation was great and we had no problems. They were very good about explaining what the issues were with my existing door and how I could fix it.

I purchased a Frameless shower door from MVG and it was installed 6/12/2013, upon using the shower we noticed it leaked a puddle of water outside the shower enclosure into the corner below the door hinge. The corner is adjoined to wood floor boards and dry wall. The puddle will cause damage to the walls and require constant dry wall replacement and painting. MVG is aware that their hinges do in fact leak but the initial sales did not inform us of this and claims we should read the small warranty print on the back. If we were informed of this during the quoting process that the Frameless solution would leak we would have chosen a different design. I believe we were upsold to a more expensive design that had a known flaw.

Everything went smoothly. The staff was personable and professional. The installers were on time -- they were also personable and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were thorough and detail oriented -- everything was left clean and tidy. I'm very happy with my newly installed glass in the patio sliding doors!

Installer (Rodney) was on-time and did a great job.

They were half the cost of another glass company. The product was cut perfectly, on time and the people there were pleasant.

I tried to schedule the provider by offering an open afternoon several days in advance. I was told that on the day of the work I would get a call to confirm a time. Tom called as expected in the morning and proceeded to ignore the time frame I had said I was available and then interrogated me on what I was doing when I was not available. We agreed he would try to make it around with the caveat of his giving me a ten to fifteen heads up before. He called at 12:30 (I was at lunch meeting) and said he was ten minutes away. I told him I could not be there till one (but to go ahead and start) and he said he would not wait. I told him I was on my way and quickly wrapped up. I headed to the house and arrived at 12:45 and he was gone. I called Tom and he did not answer his cell. I called Wiley who had given me the original estimate and he indicated Tom had 10 appointments and could by no means return to the house. He also indicated he took all the measurements. I asked Wiley what measurements did he take? I then had to remind him of what we he had estimated on and what my job was about and that it did not include any of the measured areas. He stressed that Tom has ten appointments and that was the reason he had behaved the way he did. He stated he did not have anyone else to come to my house and that we could schedule for the next day with Tom calling in the morning to confirm a time convenient to him. I cancelled all dealings with Mission Viejo Glass.

They were great. When they had to put in they had a problem and they came right out to look at it. The quality was good and the laborers were good. The prices were competitive.

See above. Did not get past the initial phone call. Bad experience. I would not recommend this individual because of attitude.

He arrived later than stated when he called. Did not introduce himself. Looked at the problem with the window and said that it could be fixed easily by installing new ? on each side easily without removing window to make it raise and lowed easily as when new--single hung window. His estimate, not written was $250. I asked for a senior discount which he said would be 10% and now be $225. Still quite excessive for a very simple repair. He said it would be that much because they could be installing a shower stall somewhere and make alot more money for the time--not very professional!!! He called back at 5 with a confirmed estimate now $245 and said that was with senior discount. :-( The next morning he calle and woke me at 7:45 wanting my credit card number to order the parts---two very inexpensive counter weights!!!!!!!!!!!! I told him I would get back to him. Workmen at my son's house were hysterical laughing at the estimate and wanting cartblanche with my credit card. Unacceptable. I give him/them a capital FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

We thought we needed replacement glass in an oversized french door and a new tint to match adjacent windows. The company rep came out and advised that the glass was still in good condition and referred us to another local contractor (SunTamers.com) who does work for them. We appreciate Mission Viejo Glass Inc.'s honesty and the referral. This resulted in a significant savings for us.

My unit was built in 2000-2001 timeframe. My kitchen window had 2 broken muntins. I was having a very hard time finding someone that can fix or replace the window. I was constantly passed on from glass companies to window repair companies. Mission Viejo eas punctual, he came at the promised time, tooke measures, gave me an estimate. He was also able to rush the order as I was getting ready to go on a trip. They were very kind and did everything to accomodate my schedule. When the window was ready (in about a week) he sent over one worker who was very professional and curteous to mount the window. The job was done very well and the window fits perfectly with the other half.

The gentlemen that came out were very nice and professional, however I thought their price was high even with the standard 10 % discount that EVERY business offers when giving a bid. I asked if they could sharpen their pencil and I would order immediately and pay in full - another 10% - but they refused. A few weeks later I went to their website and noticed a $100 off for a "heavy" shower door unit that applied to my situation. I e-mailed them immediately telling them I had noticed the coupon online and I would order immediately, again, and pay in full. They responded that I could not use a coupon with a discount together. That definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about the business and I decided to wait and see what offers may pop up in the future and to get some other bids. I was very surprised that they were not willing to be more flexible and didn't seem to want my business. I I'm sure they will respond that it was the best they could do and they can never use two discounts together - the standard response - and that's fine, I'm just stating an opinion and expected more from an Angie's List member. I answered above that I would certainly consider them again for future bidding on other work - they seemed like a good company, I just thought they were high and not really looking to earn your business.

Very well! Upon first telephone call, I was told I would receive a call back to set up an appointment for someone to come out to give me an estimate. They called back and came within the hour, and appointment was set. Representative came promptly, and gave me an estimate. The window as double pane, so had to be custom made. Two days later, I received a call to set up an appointment for installation. Again, installer came promptly.

The job went well, and I was billed the estimated cost. There was a bit of confusion about the price... I had asked that the glass be replaced in one of my garage doors. The over-the-phone estimate was $180 - $225. When the service representative arrived he said the estimate was for one pane of glass only. My door has two panes, both of which needed to be replaced. Frankly it didn't occur to me that the estimate was based on a single pane of glass rather than a single door, and I had not been asked how many panes were involved. I offered to pay the high end of the estimated price range and the offer was accepted.

Consulted Angie's List for glass replacement company. Called company, very courteous response. Estimator called to make appointment. Arrived at scheduled time. Measured glass, discussed cost, counseled on best approach to replace other windows in room (not first reason for call) and gave estimated time for ordering window. Received call when window was ready to install, made appointment. Installer called ahead to let us know he was minutes away from arrival although he was not late. Removed broken glass, installed new pane, cleaned up thoroughly. All contacts with this company were courteous and pleasant and the work was accomplished to our entire satisfaction. A few days later we received a thank-you card.

They were very professional and very courteous. They had excellent customer service and the price was very reasonable as well. They did the work at their location and they were finished quickly. They were hard working as well.

The appointment was made via telephone and the two workers showed up right on time. They assessed the situation, went right to work and accomplished the job in about 30 minutes. In all the job was performed quickly and without incident. The only issue was price, there was a $300 minimum and there was no clean up at the end of the job. Other than this the job went well.
