HOME DEPOT

Last February we had a flood that started mid-level and ran to the lower level afterwards. Sharon was the one that spearheaded the job as the head designer from Home Depot. She was fabulous from start to finish. She started off by saying that this will take some time, but it will all be taken care of in the end. She was really easy to get a hold of and usually returned calls very shortly after. She is very knowledgeable of the products she represented and the entire renovation process as a whole. She was upfront with me on the timeline and in the end it was finished on the day she said it would be. Sharon knew exactly how to work the scheduling worked and assisted throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her!

They did a fabulous job. They were on time. They did not rush and were particular and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

I appreciated that they were on time to my home to do a quote. I looked into Home Depot because their location was closer than others. I am not sure if I going with Home Depot. I am waiting for a second quote from another contractor to come in. The price Home Depot quoted seemed to be reasonable, but I do not have another quote to compare it with yet.

It was a good experience. We got a discount. They followed up on it. It was well engineered and well installed.

The cost was suppose to cover the water heater, installation, and all equipment to comply with local code requirements. They charged me additional money for copper wire. He did not show any documentation that showed it was code for copper wire. He did not have the knowledge to adjust the pressure reducer valve so he installed a new one that cost me additional cost. It took 1/2 hour to install it and cost me a total of $350.00. So I was charged $260 in labor. He stated that the charges were so high because it was being split.

IT WAS AWFUL. THEY GOOFED UP THE ENTIRE PROJECT. THEY MADE THE KITCHEN COUNTER THE WRONG HEIGHT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND DO IT ALL OVER. THEY TRIED TO PATCH IT UP WITH SOME WOOD.

THEY KNEW A LITTLE BIT, EXTREMELY OVER HELPFUL. YOU GO THERE WHEN YOU HAVE TO. THEY DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO. I FOUND A LOT OF PEOPLE THERE WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY IN THE STORE PEOPLE ACTUALLY AVOID YOU INSTEAD OF HELPING.

THEY BASICALLY DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. THEY KEPT IT CLEAN. THEY ALSO LET US FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THEM, VERSUS THEM TELLING US WHAT HAD TO BE DONE.
