I was impressed with his communication skills, he showed up on time, was probably the most polite yet professional appraiser I have ever met. He was thorough, asked questions about the property, which was refreshing and completed his report timely and made sure that the report was received by all parties in an expeditious and professional manner.
Description of Work: I needed an appraisal of a specialized Green Certified Property that my client was paying cash for, but needed a demonstration of the true value of the property.

Description of Work: I needed an appraisal done for a loan modification. Mark Buhler did an excellent job. He was on time with the appointment. He did an accurate and thorough job, taking photographs of problem areas so as to show the bank the true value of my home. He had the report done quickly so as to meet the deadline the bank had given me.

+ -1 moreIt went really well. We contacted Mark based on a referral from a real estate agent. The agent told us that Mark was the "go to" appraiser in Laguna Beach so we gave him a call. He was able to schedule our appraisal quickly. When he arrived, he was on time, friendly and professional. He did his inspection, took pictures and then took the time to answer our questions. He emailed the completed report to us within a couple of days. The report was well-written and easy to understand. I would definitely use Mark and CMP again.
