We were holding an Open House for the sale of our home. Our carpet was showing dirt and wear in various places, so we called Beacon. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. The team members that came to clean the carpet were prompt and professional. After they completed the job, our realtor requested their contact info. The carpet looked like we purchased it yesterday instead of four years ago. We were very impressed!

We have used Beacon for maybe 15 years and have always been satisfied. They are always on time, careful not to damage anything in the house, and do a really good job of cleaning. The put protective coasters under all pieces of furniture that should not get damp and, for unmovable items, stay far enough away so moisture in the carpet does not reach them. They give us booties to wear until the carpet is dry. The last time, we had a rust spots from nails that hold down the bar that covers the tile-to-carpet transition. We were planning to get rid of the bar and put in new tile. The rust spots would have made the carpet at the transition really ugly. Just like always, they worked and worked to get it out without extra charge. Highly recommended.

They are my go-to guys for carpet cleaning! I have been with them since they started their company in the 1980's.

Everything was excellent except that they are a little pricey. But they did a fantastic job. They asked a lot of questions about my brand new expensive carpet to make sure it was right. They seemed to really know what they were doing and took their time. It looked great. They called afterwards to check up on it. That was a nice touch.

We currently have "cheap" carpeting installed by the prior owners. It was disgusting. Beacon arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned the carpet

This is our second year with Beacon. They return all phone calls promptly, are specific about charges, remember our dimensions in the computer, show up on time, and work fast. They removed all of the spots and grime. I think they actually clean every area three times, since I heard the machine going over and over and over the floor in each room in the house. Just do it!

I have been using Beacon Carpet Cleaning for years and can't imagine using any other company. They are extremely professional, on time, and they do the most thorough job of any cleaning company I've ever used. Their staff is courteous, informative, prompt, very careful with regard to protecting furniture, walls, etc., and, in my opinion, the best company of its type around. I would give them ten stars, if possible.

They worked and worked to get it out without extra charge. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Beacon Carpet Cleaning was outstanding from start to finish. They were courteous, punctual and respectful of our home. After they provided an estimate, there was no additional "up charge" tacked on to the bill as we have found to be the case so many times before with cleaning services. All 3 rugs ( wool and synthetic) came out looking beautiful...fringe included! Ken and Valerie are top notch...will be using them again!

They came out and looked at the floor. Sealed a spare tile with some different sealers to help us choose what look we we after. They came out again and sealed a sample area before we decided the sealer was right for the whole floor. It was altogether a positive experience.

I have no idea how much I spent on their services because I do stuff like this all the time. They are a busy company and it’s just not easy to get into them. Sometimes I got to have it done pretty quick and they can’t sometimes accommodate me just because they’re booked. That’s a good thing for them but not necessarily for me. Other than that, I’m very happy with them. Their services are good and they’re very accommodating when they can be. Their price is competitive.

David and Felix arrived within one minute of the agreed upon time and assessed the stains leading from my kitchen to the LR & DR. Using progessively more aggressive means to clean the stains (as needed) my stains disappeared. David explained the process as he worked and Felix took the time to trim some loose fibers from the edge of the carpet where it transitioned into the kitchen tile. Working diligently and quickly, from arrival to departure was less than 45 minutes. Thoroughly pleased!

They were able to fit me into their schedule within 3 business days of my call. They called to confirm the appmt the day before and called again when they were on their way, and arrived promptly. The team was very conscientious about the furniture, either moving it aside or placing protectors on the feet and protector on all the cornered walls so the hose didn't drag across the wall paint. They got stains out that the last 15 other cleanings couldn't touch and the carpet is cleaner than I have seen it in years. The price was high but well worth it. I recommend them highly

We're in the process of re-doing the upstairs living area of our 30 year-old condominium, which includes painting the master bedroom and bathroom, re-tiling the fire place in the master bedroom, new carpet, new bathroom faucets, new bathroom mirrors and a new shower door. Beacon Carpet Cleaners, Inc. cleaned and refurbished the original white ceramic tile in the master bathroom stall shower. They arrived on-time, were courteous, did an outstanding job of cleaning and caulking and didn't leave a mess after they finished.

They charge by the foot which is good because you're not paying for anything extra. They are punctual and professional. The carpet looks great when they're done. Their price is reasonable.

The owner of Beacon came out and explained their entire process for cleaning. All members of the company were courteous, polite and extremely customer focused. Without a doubt, we will use them again.

They cleaned up after another service did a poor job and had made spots all over my carpet. My dog really did a number on my carpets and this company did a very good job of removing the stains. They used a special stain remover and got out all most all of the stains and odor.
