 + -1 moreThe floors and baseboards look great! Rene is a skilled installer. Mark (the owner) was quick to respond to a couple of minor problems discovered after the job was finished and paid for, and he had them promptly taken care of to our satisfaction. We will use them for future projects.
Description of Work: Anderson's installed new vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in our entire townhome.

Description of Work: We did a major kitchen upgrade, plus painting the house, new carpets and floor tiles. As with any contractor the work is only as good as the sub-contractors. The carpet and floor tiles are excellent, the workers did a first rate job. The kitchen cabinets refinishing looks fabulous, but we had to request a second finish on the facings as they just weren't done well. The painting was a major disappointment, we had to ask them to come back to finish places they missed, then we spent the next month scraping paint spots left on windows, light switches, window frames and doors. The plumbing and electrical work was expensive and sub-par, and the guy kept asking for more money! But the final insult was finding the garage was still full of rubble, trash, old toilets, etc. I expected to find the house clean and ready to occupy and it wasn't. |So, much of what he did we are happy with, but some of it was disappointing, and in the end the details just didn't get done well. It is partly our fault, we were not living in the house and didn't pay close attention to details like we should have it we were here all the time. |We like Mark, and might use him again, his price was reasonable and fair. But his painters were a real disappointment this time. |

 + -1 moreThe installation of the downstairs bathroom went well. We haven't had any problems with the tile. The upstairs bath was a different story. After a few months the tiles started to crack as did the grout. We called them and they came out and replaced the damaged tile and re-grouted the areas that needed it. A few months later it happened again. This time the problem was more widespread. When I called them they said it had been over a year since the original installation and the work was no longer under warranty. Bottom line, Anderson Flooring didn't stand behind the work they did. I won't recommend using them.
Description of Work: Installed tile flooring in upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.

 + -1 moreWe didn't use them. The experience of getting the quote did not go so great so we went with someone else. One of the guys who came out to do the quote wanted us to use one of his friends who wasn't a registered contractor or a licensed contractor, fixing before they could come in. We didn't want to do that. We wanted to use a licensed contractor. He didn't like that idea. My husband just got fed up with his attitude so we went with someone else. They weren't that responsive. They weren't that professional.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Anderson's Floors Kitchens Bath to do the floors in the bathroom about 4 months ago.

 + -1 moreI remodeled my home 3 years ago, and I needed to order just 1 box of the same Tigerwood flooring that I already had installed in my home. I called many stores (some authorized BR111 dealers and some not). Most of them told me it was just easiest to order direct from BR111's website, and that they could not get me a discount on the price listed on the BR111 website. I suspect they didn't want to go through the hassle for such a small order. I finally contacted Mark, and he was able to offer me about 60 cents off per square foot. We did the entire transaction over the phone and e-mail. He promptly sent me invoices and tracking numbers as they became available. When I discovered that I had told him the wrong model number for the flooring (eek!), he took the initiative to fix the order with BR111 and he kept me posted on the status of the whole situation. Despite the small order, Mark treated me as though I was placing a $5000 order. Mark is a really good guy, and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
Description of Work: Ordered Tigerwood engineered flooring from BR-111 to have shipped directly to my home.
