+ -1 moreThey have come out before, as before they were on time and were in and out in less than two hours. The carpet took longer to dry than they indicated, but I think the stairs are in a non window area so that's why. The carpet looks and feels great. They said they couldn't get several stains out because they were actually stains, color change of the carpet (cat urine and such) which I understood. The only issue I had was in cleanup, they had to drag their hoses across our wood floor, and they left some water on the wood floor especially at the base of the stairs. Need to be more attentive to that in the future. Otherwise it was great.
Description of Work: Cleaned three rooms upstairs, and the staircase leading up to them, including a landing.

+ -1 moreTHE JOB WAS PERFORMED AS PROMISED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY DID PRE-CONDITIONING AND SPOT REMOVAL. THE CARPET WAS NOT THAT WET AFTERWARDS AND WAS DRY VERY QUICKLY.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR QUITE A WHILE. WE TRIED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING, BUT THE CARPETING WAS WET FOR 3 DAYS AFTER, ESPECIALLY IN THE CORNERS. THE CLEANING WAS GOOD, BUT NOT THE SERVICE. SO THAT IS WHY WE RETURNED TO OUR OLD COMPANY. THEY SERVE YOU RIGHT AND THE CARPET DRIES IN ABOUT 3 TO 4 HOURS.

We do move standard furniture(small sofas, love seats, dining chairs, night stands) things of this sort. However we are Not Furniture Movers. If we did move all of the furnishings in your home we would have to charge a larger ticket price for our cleaning services. We like to keep our prices with in reason. However if you do have a special need or item that must be moved to avoid moisture we can discuss this when you call to schedule, and we will do our best to accommodate those needs.
