I can't speak to their other services, but I strongly suggest that you don't tent for termites through them. Like most pest control companies, they subcontract the tenting to another company, but in Quality's case this results in poor customer service and no accountability. The first problem we had was getting them to provide a guarantee. Standard for tenting is 2 years, but there was no guarantee in the contract, and it took 3 weeks to get them to add one. They kept telling us not to worry, that the work was guaranteed, but wouldn't put it in writing in the contract until we refused to move forward otherwise. That should have been a red flag, but we went with them anyway because their bid was low, and our attached neighbor wanted to use them to save money. Then the crew that did the tenting broke 25 roof tiles and did a lot of unnecessary damage to our landscaping. Total cost to repair all the damage was $500 for the roof and $300 for the plants. I expect some damage when tenting, but this was complete negligence. We live in a small townhome, 1450 square feet, 2-story, so the roof isn't that big. The townhome we're connected to was tented at the same time, and despite having the same floor plan, had only 10 tiles damaged. I asked Quality to take responsibility for some of the damage - although the contract demands that we waive any claims for roof or landscaping damage, this level of damage was due to negligence, and Quality should have done something about it. I emailed and got ignored. So I called and was rudely told to take a hike. They told me to call the tenting company. There's no point in doing that, since I paid Quality, not the tenting company. Quality promised to send me contact info for the tenting company, but never followed through. So, poor customer service and they don't stand behind the work. I won't use them again. And, be aware that Holly, the office manager, is the owner's daughter, and therefore feels free to be rude and unhelpful without any consequences.

It went great. Brandon arrived on time, checked out the layout. told me how long it would take and confirmed the price. I wanted him to do the attic and that was a bit more but reasonable. the job took about 50 minutes. When he left there were already lots of dead spiders outside and I am sure we will see some inside soon. the crickets in the garage were heading for cover back outside as quick as they could. We will definitely use them again.

Called these guys Tuesday august 25th when another contractor failed to show up. they were able to come the next day. arrived on time. their quote was reasonable and they explained everything to us about their service and the 30 day warranty. we hope this is a one time thing but if not we will use them for more regular service. we also found a fire ant problem that they took care of. Great job!

They are awesome and so good. They are one of the best companies around. They also take care of the termite inspection and repairs on my home when needed. It's $59 for pest control every other month and for the termite I pay him about a hundred and something a year. I know they are good because all the realtors use them.

SHORT VERSION: Quality Care Termite underbid, did a poor job, damaged our house, cost us 1,000 bucks, cost our insurance company 12,000 bucks, lied about extending our service, and (guess what?) we still have termites. And they don't have a Contractor's License, so there's a possibility they shouldn't have ben doing this type of work in the first place (will be following up with California Pest Control Board to confirm this.) DETAILED VERSION: all of the following is true and verifiable by photo evidence, insurance reports and third party inspectors. See, Quality Termite underbid another company when the previous owners were shopping for pest removal services. This was in compliance with the terms of escrow. Of course, the owners picked the lowest bid (bad news for us). On top of the usual spraying of termites, Quality was also contracted to tear down a wooden patio cover and rebuild it. Which they did. Within a month the cover was splitting lengthwise, looking like it was going to collapse. They sent a representative out after I called 7 or 8 times. He told me this was normal, and that I should seal it myself before it gets too rainy (yes, that I should repair it myself... but we will come back to the splitting wood later). Next, the heavy rains hit us (December 2010) and our inside wall (adjoining where the patio cover is bolted the house) started getting very soggy. Then very wet. Then leaking all over our new laminate flooring. Huge puddles of water! Upon tearing out the wall, the abatement company (contracted by our insurance company) noted the screws from the patio cover had been driven right through the stucco and 2x4 frame and were wet and rusty. This was confirmed as the source of the leak by an inspection service (also from our insurance company). It was also noted by these companies that we also had a large amount of termites in the walls. Nice. As a courtesy, I invited Quality to inspect the damage themselves before going any further. First, the owner's son came out. He looked at the damage and the termite evidence and agreed they would need to spray again and informed me that the owner (his dad, Randy) would need to come by. And he did. This is where Randy looked at the splitting patio cover and told me that should not have happened (contrary to the first report) and they would be happy to rebuild it. Which I eventually declined -- so much damage had already been done by QC, I wasn't about to let them touch my house again. But Quality did treat the termites (again). And Randy also told me he would extend my contract a full extra year for my trouble (which they did not honor; my own fault for not getting it writing... Yes friends, the owner of Quality Termite lied to my face). So, our walls were torn out and replaced. Our *new* floors were torn out and replaced. The patio cover was torn down and replaced. We were without a significant portion of our house for 2 months. In the end, our deductible cost us $1,000. And our insurance company 12k. A few months after all this we contracted with Orkin to spray our house for ants, recurring every couple months. And they have found area upon area still infested with termites. And we just received a letter from Quality that our year of service is almost up... As they did not extend our service as promised by Randy, the **owner** of the company. Take my advice and steer clear of these charlatans. They are bad news, up and down, top to front! Update: Quality Care is now claiming that the damage and rust and leak were present prior to their work... which brings up some interesting points: Point 1) if there was rust on the bolts from a pre-existing condition why wasn't that repaired (or noted) when Quality Care pulled the beam from the wall to install new wood? Did they actually do the work and quot;like for likeand quot; even in the face of damaged or rusted hardware? Or, worse yet, did they pull the original bolts and screws out, see they were rusted, then screw them back in? Lazy, at best. Negligent at worst. Point 2) Or, if QC used new bolts in September when installing then the rust was **new** and a clear indication it was caused by water AFTER Quality Care had done the work. Either way, it's unacceptable workmanship. Point for point: this is clearly a company without skill, pride, ethics, workmanship or integrity. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the California Contractors Association (who informs me has MULTIPLE complaints about Quality Care even though they do NOT have a contractor's license... repeat, MULTIPLE complaints with an agency who shows Quality Care does NOT HAVE A CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE!!!). I will be following up with the Pest Control Board for California.

They were on time, I was expecting two guys because there was quite a bit of work. He was meticulous and cleaned up when he was done. The pricing was good and they gave me a 2 year warranty because I found them on Angie's List. They missed one board but I think it was missed on the report. I would highly recommend them.

Never have I been more pleased to spend a non-trivial amount of money on unexpected repairs. The representatives showed up for work when they said they would, performed all agreed-upon work and finished when they said they would (less than 2 days). The 3 representatives that showed up were all extremely courteous and more than helpful. They went out of their way to do some extra little things (such as replacing several pieces of molding and parts of an external planter) at no charge.
Description of Work: Local treatment of termites: Several different locations on the house were infested including subterranean. A number of pieces of wood siding and partial decorative beams were replaced.

After calling the company for an appointment, I received a prompt response from Kurtis Dannatelle to arrange an inspection. Kurtis rang our doorbell at the exact time he told us he would be here for the initial inspection. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. Kurtis answered all of our questions and gave us several options for termite treatment. Rather than just suggesting tenting, which may need done in the future, he gave us less expensive spot treatment options that worked better for us at this time. His report was emailed to us promptly. When I called to arrange treatment, the appointment was made easily and promptly and on a day convenient for us. On the day of treatment, the workers reported promptly at the prearranged time. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. They completed the agreed upon treatment as specified in the report with no delays. I would definitely use Quality Care Termite Control in the future and recommend them to other homeowners.
Description of Work: Areas of termite infestation were drilled and chemically treated as per the inspection report by two Quality Care employees. These areas were both found on the exterior (a variety of fascia and trim areas) and interior (one small section of bathroom floor and a small part of the attic) of our two story home. My husband pulled away siding as needed and will replace the wood trim areas.

I can't comment on the price, as my homeowners association paid for this. The service provided was excellent. They were always on time, except once when they called to ask to come earlier than had been scheduled. The person performing the inspection, and the two gentlemen that later did the treatment were very professional. During the treatment, they went well out of their way to minimize damage to my floor and walls, yet still did a thorough treatment. They were very conscientious about the work they were doing. After they were finished the work area was cleaner than when they started.
Description of Work: They provided spot treatment for subterranean termites that had infested three areas of my walls. They made two trips to my home, one to inspect and provide an estimate to my homeowners association, and then to treat the affected areas.
