Description of Work: Pacific Crest Roofing did an outstanding job in replacing our roof. Jay came right out to give us a bid. He thoroughly explained the materials to be used and made recommendations on venting. He brought his license and insurance. Very professional!!! He was not going to be able to schedule the job for a couple weeks. Then a few days later our contractor said job would stop on the remodel since drywall needed the roof to be stacked. My husband called Jay and in 10 minutes he confirmed that he would have the material delivered the next morning. Wow! Amazing service. Not to mentioned he saved us thousands of dollars and better material than the contractors roofer. He also supervised his crew during the job even though he has a foreman. Highly recommend!!
