Description of Work: The project was for landscaping the entire front/side/back yard for a new built house. Roland has been absolutely outstanding throughout the selling process and construction phases. He is a gem of a person to work with. Very professional and ethical. He and his team took care of the project and the house like it is their own. Price wise they are very reasonable as well. I'm very happy that I chose Newland for my project. I would refer him to all my friends.

Description of Work: A complete redo of over half our backyard correcting drainage, rebuilding back wall, installing pavers, landscape, sod, irrigation (drip and sprinklers),and building from scratch a barbeque island with accessories including sleeves for umbrellas and drawers for storage. Routed all electrical and gas lines as well as redoing the drainage out to the street. Roland and his crew were a pleasure to have around and were responsive to all of our questions and requests. Our experience with his company was nothing but positive.

Description of Work: I have a large slope that had grown wild and ugly. Roland and his crews, cleaned off all the acacia and all other unwanted vegetation. Replaced the entire sprinkler system,with a new lay out, new pipes, and riser and heads. Covered the entire slope with jute netting, planted 84 new, drought tolerant, ground cover plants, and 7 new trees. His crews were GREAT to work with, courteous, helpful, and business like. In addition they assisted with my drainage system and programmed all sprinklers on my controller. My wife and I were really pleased with the work that Newland Landscape did for us.

Description of Work: Roland drew up a landscaping plan for us. He listened to our needs, took them into account, and devised a plan to meet those needs. He made several good suggestions and his actual plan was detailed and specific. On the basis of the plan, we decided to hire Newland to do our landscaping. We were very pleased with Roland's professionalism and helpfulness.

Description of Work: Demo and replant rear gardens, redo irrigation, remove and replant rear lawn. Work performed over 3 days. Nice result, although it did take longer than expected (3-4 months) to get the work scheduled. Once started, everything went smoothly.
