James was the point of contact and was very hard to get a hold of. Gave various reasons for getting to job site late on multiple occasions. He and his crew also tore out and destroyed wood without consulting myself or the homeowner. This is original wood that is hard to replace. I have been trying to get pictures of the wood bench as I have to replace the wood that Neptune took out. Been trying to get a hold of them for months with no response.
Description of Work: Had some water damage in a house due to a leaky balcony. Neptune did Mold Restoration work but cut out wood and would not deliver pictures of what the job looked like before they tore things out. Have been trying to call text and email them for months with no response. They were hours late almost every day and caused the homeowners to question professionalism.

carpet cleaners, air duct cleaning
 + 0 moreProfessional guys, gave me a good price and the job was well done you can clearly see the difference on the carpets and the air ducts. To me punctuality counts a lot in a company and these guys are very punctual, not all the companies walk you step by step on the process of what they are going to do and these guys did. I would definitely recommend neptune restoration because they did a good job for a good price.
