pool cleaners
+ -1 moreI found this company totally unresponsive to me as a customer. They do not return phone calls and they do not honor their sales agreements. Apparently, their salesmen will say/do anything to make a sell.
Description of Work: I purchased a Legend Model (Floor Demo) Spa from Master Spas of California during the LB Home Show on Jan 7, 2006. It wasn't delivered to my home until Jul 14, 2006. On Sales Agreement, the salesman had written that the company would provide 1/2 day worth of work to demo my old spa. I left numerous phone messages in order to schedule demo work. No one called me back. Finally, when I got in contact with the owner, she informed me that her company does not perform any 'demo' work. Company does not stand behind the terms of sales written on their contracts. It finally took me 3-4 months to have my spa delivered.
