This is our second remodel using Martin Moss General Contractor, Inc. We are completely happy with the remodel. Martin's tradesmen are very professional. Martin himself was very attentive to us his customers. We love our bathroom!

It turned out so well that we removed all the carpet on the stairs, the landing and in the three bedrooms upstairs and replaced it with tile that looks like wood. It turned out gorgeous! The job went so smoothly that we couldn't believe it. Everyone showed up on time and did an amazing job!

I was very satisfied with the outcome. Everything was done to code. All inspections went smoothly. Sub-contractors showed up as scheduled. Everything was explained up front and as the project progressed. Project finished on time.

Couldn't ask for more professional contractor.

Martin Moss General Contractor is very detail oriented. All the details (including supplies) and schedules are set/selected and guaranteed ahead of time. His workers are very professional, friendly, provide excellent work, are prompt, and clean up after themselves each day that they are there. Martin Moss personally checks on how the job is proceeding. We will be using Martin Moss General Contractor again in February 2017 to remodel another bathroom.

In the shower room we took out a tub/shower combo and replaced it with a walk-in shower. We also replaced the flooring, toilet and fan/light combo. Everything turned out beyond our expectations. Martin gave us suggestions as to appropriate materials and furnished advice when asked about design; but basically encouraged us to do it the way we wanted without trying to push us in a certain direction that may have been more convenient for him. In the other bathroom, we also replaced flooring and fans and rearranged the lighting. Since sheet rock had to be removed and replaced in both bathroom areas, we also had both areas repainted. For twenty years our atrium had a faucet in it which did not work. No one could figure out the source. Martin's plumber analyzed the situation and told us that he believed that something had been disconnect underneath the back porch - some distance from the atrium. When we pulled up a patio board, sure enough the pipe had been cut. It was an easy and inexpensive fix. We could have spent thousands of dollars for someone else with less experience to find the problem. Our project took six weeks. Martin laid out a schedule at the beginning and finished on the day that he told us he would. We had four city inspections during the project for the various trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.). All of them passed without a hitch. This is the second project that I have used Martin for (the other one was in 1996) and I have been very pleased with the quality of his work and timeliness of completion. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any construction needs. He will not be the cheapest price, but his quality is impeccable.

All the work was exceptional. Martin Moss is a perfectionist, and all is crew are, too. All my work was done on time, to my satisfaction, and it is all beautiful. I have used Martin Moss General Contractor for almost 20 years, on 2 homes on 5 separate occasions, and all the work has been great. The crew are all professional, and Martin is always on the job site to be sure everything is done to his satisfaction. If you are looking for quality, use Martin Moss. You will be so happy that you did.

Terrible! Took nearly 3 months to complete. Martin only showed up to collect payments never checked the quality of work for the people he brought in to perform the work. Missed meeting with the city inspector.Left the house a complete mess. We told him the brand new installed toilet runs. His only comment was " sorry you're not happy" wouldn't use this contractor again. Was very disappointed in the whole experience. I was excited to get a brand new bathroom and the entire experience just ruined it. Half of the days work was scheduled by Martin no one showed up to do what was on the schedule Martin provided. Incredibly over priced!

Martin Moss General Contractor, Inc. is an excellent choice for home remodeling. Martin is extremely organized, detailed in planning, meets schedule with no delays, and is very personable. All of the workers demonstrate expertise and precision while performing their tasks. The entire team works in a professional manner; everyone gets along well. We will definitely contract with this company for any future home projects.

Martin Moss remodeled our master bathroom. The job was done on time, on schedule and on budget. We searched other contractors and some said some of the work could not be done, such as moving drain lines on a fixed concrete foundation. But for Martin, it was can do! One of the good things about Martin is his attention to details and workmanship. Top notch all the way. Martin will work with you on cost if your on a tight budget, but not skimp on quality. All trades were top craftsmen in their field of expertise and all did a great job, from the rough plumbers to the finish carpenter. And at the end of the day they cleaned up any messes made before leaving. Most contractors jobs we have had done in the past required a certain amount of compromise when it came to the finish product. You know, some minor flaws hear and there. This is not the case with Martin, everything came out perfect. It's been two weeks since the remodel job was completed, and still can't find any flaws. Amazing! When we first talked with Martin about our dream master bathroom, Martin listened and gave great advice and had really good ideals we never considered. We especially liked the finish carpentry and tile work done on our master bath. The tile work is nothing short of a work of art. Martin Moss is the standard in which all licensed contractors should be evaluated. Martin Moss made our dream master bathroom a reality.

Martin was the general contractor and our primary resource to discuss all aspects of the project. He was always punctual, listened to our ideas, suggested solutions to were workable and beautiful. He gave us a schedule and followed it so we knew what to expect from his various subcontractors. The work was high quality, when unexpected things happened; Martin called us immediately to discuss options. He talked them through with us and offered his opinion when we asked about our choice. It was a pleasure working with him. This was our second job with Martin and we returned because we knew we could count on the quality of the work. Martin’s price is medium to higher and we found it to be the best approach because he kept to the schedule, was careful and respectful of our home and reliable.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE US A DETAILED QUOTE OF WHAT HE WOULD DO, SHOWED US PRECISELY WHAT HE WOULD DO, AND THEN HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES.
