+ -1 moreMike and his team were a pleasure to work with. Mike is on the jobsite daily and does a good portion of the work himself. Mike has restored my faith that there are still good contractors out there!
Description of Work: Replaced drywall in my condo after water damage to the majority of my 900 SQ FT condo. I also went with smooth coat texture. The work was started in 2011 and completed in 2012. Due to constraints by my HOA this work was completed in many stages thus this long construction time frame.

+ -1 moreHerzig Drywall and Construction was on time and on budget from start to finish. They explained all costs and work to be done completely. Our home looks better than ever and the 3rd bedroom blends in seamlessly, we have used them on several jobs and they are always the first ones we call for all of our construction needs.
Description of Work: Enclosed loft area to make 3rd bedroom, including framing, drywall, and texture. Installed baseboards, door casings, and window casings and new vinyl windows throughout. Installed insulation in garage.
