Description of Work: He fixed our A/C electrical panel, our main electrical panel, the hood on the water heater, replaced a sink that was sitting in granite counter top and modified a few of our electrical outlets that were done wrong by the previous electrician. He also did drywall patching and remove and installed a new chandelier for us.

They are very knowledgeable. Also my kitchen is amazing I love it words cannot explain how much I love it. It went form an ordinary kitchen to a kitchen you would only see in a magazine. + 4 moreWent great! He was on time, neat, professional. He provided a referral for the necessary drywall repair, coordinated the timing so he could supervise the wall patching was complete. The area worked on looked better after he was through than it had originally. We had been referred to this company by a highly satisfied friend! However, we also chose to have another company give us an estimate and diagnosis. Interestingly, the second company has not even followed up to check on our status They were very similar in the replacement cost and needs. We chose this company mainly because we were dealing with the owner himself and not just the sales person. We felt he would really know our needs and would have a more vested interest in the entire job. And that proved to be true. We are more than satisfied with the completed work! The owner is a man of integrity and his team is skilled, piloted, very neat. They left our home clean after each day of work.!
Description of Work: Recessed light installation ,rewiring branch circuit for couple outlets, replaced the A/C Unit ,some plumbing work.

Description of Work: Mr. Mike Karami patched a large hole in the shower ceiling left by another plumber. He also treated it for mold before he closed it. The texture matched with the old texture and color also matched. You cannot see the patch, and it looked great.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreAt first the water heater was working than it stopped. I called Mike and he quickly came back to fix the issue. He waited an extra 30 minutes to make sure it was still working.
Description of Work: I've been using Mikes services for the past several years. I'm very happy with his work. My water heater was not working. Mike came and found the issue and quickly fixed it.
