+ -1 moreUpon making a request for a refrigerator repair company on Angie's List, Walter from Express Appliance Service contacted me immediately. It was a Saturday but he was able to arrive within a couple of hours...even early! Although a part needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive for a few days (we paid half the cost at this time), he was able to make a "temporary-fix", which prevented the items in the refrigerator from spoiling. He returned in a few days, as scheduled, with the new part. Yes, it was expensive, but it needed to be done and I liked how prompt and reliable Walter was. If and when we another appliance needs repair, I will call Express Appliance Service again!

+ -1 moreWhile doing laundry, I heard a loud bang and knew it couldn't be good....and it wasn't. There was a full breakdown that required a part to be replaced. The machine itself is a stackable, and it's stacked in a very small closet like room, that required the guys to gently move the entire set up out, without scratching my hardwood floors - they had to take the dryer off of the washing machine before conducting the repair. Express Appliance Service was extremely responsive when I called, and came out right away. They were highly professional, the repair has worked well and it has lasted! I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired my front-load Tronn washing machine.
