Excellent. Gate would not open and close properly . Came out propmptly and reset the electronic mechanism that controls entry opening and closing.

Entry Systems Automated Gate and Garage Doors came out and they were very very good. They did the job and their prices were reasonable. They came out when they said they were.

They came out to fix it, it took five minutes, and they charged me $99.

We called Entry Systems the first thing in the morning and they were very helpful and courteous and scheduled our service for that same day, giving us what turned out to be an exact estimate of repairs over the phone so we knew what to expect. The repair man showed up on time and explained everything then went to work quickly completing the job. He even performed an inspection and tune-up so our garage door is smoother and quieter than ever. The service was fast, reliable and reasonably priced.

Service call was great but relative to time spent at the house and the distance from which they had to travel the fee was extraordinarily high and to me seemed unreasonable. Therefore, I will now be referring all my garage service needs to Besser Bros.

Greg was conscientious, helpful, patient with our questions, informed, accessible, managed the job efficiently, and we are very happy with the end result. Most of the expense was the cost of the doors themselves, supplied by another company.

They replaced our garage door spring without any issues. They did a great job. We had just purchased the house and the garage light was broken so he had to work in the dark. Was not an issue, completed the job with no problems.

They were very prompt and nice. The service was very good. They did what they said they were going to do.

Called and got an accurate description of rates for a service call. Technician arrived on time in my absence (during work hours), and assessed the problem. Gave a call to give me a status of work required (batteries dead, recommended replacement) and cost, and then billed by credit card over the phone upon job completion. Courteous, professional, no-hassle work done.

Jonathan showed up on a Saturday on time....called beforehand....easy diagnosis....noticed other hinges were broken...he corrected problem, lubricated the door all over and the chain....door makes a lot less noise...be aware the trip charge of $98. Less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

WOW! These guys are fantastic! I (the wife) tried to leave for work and the garage door would not open. Upon looking at it, I noticed the spring had broken. I called my husband and told him I would find someone to fix it from Angies list. I found this company within 2 min's of searching Angies list. They open super early and when I called (before they even open) Ray answered my call. That totally amazed me that they would answer the phone before they even open. He took down my details and asked to call me back. He had just walked in and needed to figure out which end was up. He had a great personality on the phone and I felt I had already called the right place. My husband came home and let me go to work. Ray called back and setup a time that day to fix the broken garage door spring. Mike showed up when they said he would and in no time at all he replaced the spring. He also adjusted the door so it closed properly. We didn't even know that could be done. Mike then showed my husband how to grease the track. Talk about turning an unpleasant situation and non-planned expense into a great interaction with a company we suggest people use and we ourselves will use again if needed.

Very well. Pleasant people to deal with on the phone and in person. Very happy with their work and gives me peace of mind that my door is maintained and will give many years of service.

I had another company inspect my automatic gate opener and they stated we needed to replace the entire unit for $1,590.00. I spoke to Greg to get a replacment quote over the phone and he stated the cost would be $1,400 but he insisted on inspecitng the motor himself. When he inspected the motor he determined that the motor was fine and one gear only needed to be replaced. Total cost was $278 vs. $1,590 from another comapny. The Entry Gate staff was professional and fair at every level of the organization and Greg is a knowledeable, honest technician!

Excellent experience and very fair to work with. They didn't try in the least to oversell me or get me to buy anything I didn't need. See above for more detail. The price of the unit itself including retrofit and installation was $380. with the 1/2 price service call ttotal was $430. The unit bought online or big box store runs about $250. Trust me, the installation is more than worth the extra $180. considering the snags you can run into.

This is the second time I've used this company (the first time was for a repair). The company and their employees are top-notch.

Our old garage door opener was malfunctioning and at the end of its useful life. Called three companies from Angie's List. Laguna Niguel Garage Door Service called back promptly and sent someone the next day for a free estimate. The other two did not as yet respond, so we decided to use this company. They said they could do the installation the same week, but when they came to install it, they realized they needed to order a longer rail because of our door height. It took one extra week, but they came and did a great installation. It works great and I am very happy!

Service was superb. They came out within 2 hrs of my call. Very pleasant and accommodating. Replaced part, checked entire mechanism and springs. Bill was extremely reasonable and fair. They will be my first and only call if needed in future.

Serviceman was on time, very polite, and reasonably priced.
