Glenn Gross of Entry Systems is truly a Garage Door SPECIALIST! Ian returned my weekend voicemail for service, first thing this morning. Glenn was at my home right on time. Glenn knows his systems. Glenn inspected and clearly showed me options for repair and/or upgrades with costs and timeframes. I chose to upgrade to a state of the art belt system. Glenn had all the parts and upgrades on his truck and installed the new system, tested all accesses, programmed my 2006 classic car, added the Liftmaster ap to my Android and MOST IMPORTANT: trained me on all of it. Jonathan worked quickly while answering my questions without breaking stride.

This went very well. He came out to change all the rollers and reinforced the hinges. He found that reinforcing the hinges was difficult because of the type of damage to the door. The door was heavy so to make the door lighter he removed the decking so that it would put more strain on the hinges which he’d replaced. He basically said there were two alternatives. Either replaced the door which would be expensive or he could put in a temporary thing and replaced the hinges and we could have another 5 or 6 years out of the door which he did. In the end, the condition of the door was improved pretty well.

Scheduled Monday morning for a Tuesday appointment somewhere in a window from 10-1. Communication from Entry systems was excellent-- they were always sure to let me know they would call with updates, when the technician was on his way, etc. Because they were so excellent with communication, it was not a big deal for me when they called and said the technician would be running late because the previous job in my neighborhood was running longer than anticipated. Having worked in the electronics assembly industry before, I totally get it-- quality work takes time. The technician, Jonathan, arrived about 45 minutes outside the 10am-1pm window, so not a big deal at all. Again, wonderful communication by Entry Systems. Jonathan was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable. Seriously, give this guy a raise. He was awesome. He was upfront about what the job would run, was exactly on his estimate for final cost, and was able to get my garage back in order in a matter of 15-20 minutes. That speaks to the expertise Jonathan has with these systems. Just by watching the door open and close once, he knew where to brace it, that I had a busted hinge and a roller ready to go. Like SuperMan has X-Ray vision, Jonathan has garage door vision.. He spotted a hinge that was starting to fatigue and let me know I should keep an eye on it-- that it was my option if I wanted to replace it now as a preventative measure or see if shoring up the door was going to relieve the stress causing the fatigue. I opted to replace the hinge since he was already out; the price was very reasonable. He was adjusted out the open-and-close problems with the door, making it close "like buttah!", and took some slack out of the belt since it'd been hung up on an object in the overhead storage.. He had some excellent suggestions for product upgrades if I ever wanted to simplify my openers (WiFi garage door openers now? Seriously? I'm livin' in the Jetsons, man...). Overall, I was quite impressed with the level of service I received from Entry Systems and I've already recommended them to two of my neighbors. In particular, I think Jonathan is worthy of recognition for his professionalism and work ethic. The dude totally worked magic on my garage door. I was expecting to replace it and he was able to shore it up, good as new. He was very prudent with his suggestions on what fixes were necessary or not.. (I'd considered extra bracing and he indicated it wouldn't be necessary on my door, that the damage was not as severe as I'd anticipated. That's awesome..) I won't hesitate to use Entry Systems again if I update my garage door opener or run into any issues with the door. These guys rock.

We discovered that a metal bracket on the side of the door was nearly split in two and that we were at risk of an imminent failure. I called Entry Systems and was happy that it was answered by Ian, not voice mail. He set up an appointment for later in the afternoon. Two hours later, Bryan arrived. He quickly replaced the broken bracket, inspected all the other parts on the door and serviced the door. He was very nice and professional. We'd definitely use them again.

They scheduled the appointment promptly and kept me informed when the service representative was held up on a precious appointment. Jonathan was extremely courteous and offered options for correcting the issue I was experiencing with my garage door. When I opted for the less expensive maintenance, he did not push to have me purchase a new system. He was thorough, quick and polite. The problem with my garage door was quickly resolved and all other maintenance completed. I will use them again for future service calls.

Pre-Sales and scheduling process was very easy via the customer service rep Leah. She made sure to answer all questions she could and find answers to the questions she couldn't answer. Jonathan came out the next day right at the scheduled time and went straight to work. I wasn't able to open the garage door since the spring was broken in half and my car was in the way. Despite this, Jonathan made an effort to make sure the ladder, tools, etc didn't damage my car. The spring was installed in about thirty mins and worked great. Once the spring was done, Jonathan proceeded with the tune-up and was very thorough during the maintenance of the door and track. A great experience overall and will definitely call them again for garage door issues.

On Friday at about 3:30 PM the springs on our automated roll-up garage door broke. Additionally, the lever that allows the door to be opened manually was not operational. This was a problem, as our two cars were in the garage. After consulting Angie's List, I called Entry Systems to get a quote and see if they could send a tech out to do the repair. That was at around 4:00 PM. Lea, the person who I spoke to at Entry Systems, quickly went into action in order to help me out. Even though it was later on a Friday afternoon, she did her best to see if she could arrange to have our door fixed that afternoon. She was able to locate one of their technicians who was on his way home and she dispatched him out to our place so he could make the repair. This was really important as Entry Systems does not work on Saturdays. It would have been problematic for us if we had to wait until Monday. The technician (Jonathon) arrived within 20 minutes. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was finished within an hour. The roll-up door now works great. The level of service that both Lea and Jonathon provided was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Everything was carried out in a timely way and was well executed. They seemed to genuinely care about helping us and solving the problem. They each represented Entry Systems quite well. From the customer's vantage point, it's a very positive reflection of the company culture at Entry and what must be their management's emphasis and dedication to providing a high level of customer service. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Entry Systems to family and friends.

The service technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After checking our garage door opener, he gave us options in resolving the problem. We choose to replace the opener. The price was reasonable and work completed quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a new garage opener or is experiencing garage door opener problems.

If your looking for a contractor to replace your garage door opener I suggest you save yourself some time and energy by calling this company.. I called several companies and decided to go with Entry Systems. It helped that they were the first company able to do the job, and agreeable to install my purchased unit. After talking with several companies I found it is best to use the garage door opener supplied by the vendor. I returned my purchased unit and when they arrived for the scheduled insulation I was offered Genie or Lift master systems. I choose the lift master system which included 2 remotes, an outside entry pad, and a motion sensor ( turn on or off) that turns on the units lights immediately upon entry in garage.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly while we were sitting in our kitchen. The garage door could not be opened, even manually, and both our cars were trapped inside, so we had an urgent problem. I called Enterprise Systems around noon, after choosing them from Angie's List, and a service man (Jonathan) came to our home within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a firm cost for all repairs, including discounts on some of the parts prices. He performed all services within about an hour, and the door now operates more smoothly than it has in years. Enterprise Systems was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. I will use their services again without hesitation.
