Friendly staff from the thorough inspection for the estimate to completion of job. They were punctual but I ran late upon arrival. With my consent over the phone because of my delay they were able to start the work with the compressor outside. My furnace was in the attic (third level) and they were very careful as they took their ladders and products up the tight staircase without marking or denting the walls. Due to strict HOA rules indicating I'm responsible for shrub damage, they managed to get the compressor behind the shrubs without any damage - that was a feat! Pictures provided - I have the center unit! I will definitely be recommending them.

As good as it gets. Installed end of July and has been working great since then! It took me a long time to find a reliable A/C contractor who is professional and knows what they're doing. Will be using these guys for all my Heating & A/C needs from now on.

It went well. Very professional and fairly priced. Ad said they were open on Sunday but they didn't get a call back until Monday. Will definitely use them again.

It went unbelievable well. They were highly professional. We got 10 estimates and he edged everyone else out. They took care of everything even repairing some duct insulation in the attic. He was very personable. He gained our confidence. I was looking at several different models and he gave good recommendations. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The final product was every bit he promised. We were very satisfied.

We called in the AM and Scott was at the house by 12:30. Scott decided the problem was the compressor, it took him an hour to diagnose and returned the next day to install. After finding out the refrigerant had leaked all from several leaks Scott fixed the problem. He was prompt, efficient and completed this work. We were extremely happy to recommend the company to everyone.
