Job was well done!

I called Alan's Cleaning and got an appointment right away to wash all my windows. Terence came right on time and got right to work. He did a great job washing the windows. He was very hard working and a very personable young man. I can highly recommend this service.

Excellent! I spoke to Alan the owner of the company to set the appointment. He made it happened in 2 days. Issac showed up right on time. He worked around my house cleaner which is not easy. He was very nice and very swift. He had to get on a long ladder inside and outside with hard to reach windows with no problem. Issac did an excellent job. My windows have no streaks. I have french doors and windows. Not easy to do however, Issac did a great job. The price I paid was surprising! I paid half what I thought I was going to have to pay. I do like working with family own businesses! GREAT COMPANY! Thanks Alan and Issac

Job was completed satisfactorily in a timely fashion. Already referred them to my neighbor. I will diffently use the again.

I hired Alan's Cleaning Service to get a rental condo ready for a new tenant. I used them last year around the same time and was satisfied with their work. This year, however, the work was not quite as high quality as I recall from last year. Although the price remained the same as last year, which I felt was a little steep, but worth it if the quality was great, this year's carpet cleaning was just adequate, and the hardwood floor cleaning left an unpolished residue (even after they returned to clean it again). The kitchen & bathroom cleaning was good and the windows & blinds were great. I like having my rental units so clean that the new tenants are 1) impressed; and 2) gain an understanding of how it needs to look when they move out. However, during the move-in inspection with the new tenants, the very first thing they pointed out was how bad the floor looked. I was disgusted since this was a $10K high-end, wide-plank hardwood floor that was just installed 3.5 years ago. And now, I had to give it low marks because of how insufficiently it was cleaned. This is my first year using Angie's List. While Alan's wasn't listed here at the time I was looking for a service provider, I used them based on my experience from last year. However, I will be sure to shop around on Angie's List so that I can get my place to look immaculate once again.

They did a good job with the cleaning but they broke the blinds. He hardly spoke any English. He told me that it was already broken. I told him that the blinds had been there for five years and had not been broken. I told him that he broke it. I just wanted him to get out because he was covering for himself. Their cleaning was exceptional but they broke my stuff. That blew the whole thing.

We have used then many times in the past and they are always great. Some of our windows are harder to reach and they always go out of their way to make sure that they are all cleaned correctly. I also think their prices are good.

The company representative was timely, polite and diligent. Accomplished the work in a reasonable amount of time with a minimal amount of disturbance.

I called once and got no call back. Response to my email was prompt. Our choice of times were 8-12 am or 11 to 3 pm. We chose the first time slot and they came at 11am. So if that was when they were going to come why say just one time slot? Very nice work, very polite and courteous. Definitely will use them again.

Excellent service. Their telephone estimate was accurate. They cost about 50% than a previous service we used. Will hire again.

DID A TERRIFIC JOB. A REASONABLE RATE.

THE FIELD SUPERVISOR, MICHAEL, CAME OUT AND GAVE US A PRICE AND WAS ABLE TO START THAT DAY. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH FURNITURE AND MOVED WHAT HE NEEDED TO AND THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT!

QUALITY WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST WAS WHEN THEIR TECHNICIAN WAS LAST AT OUR HOUSE. HE NOTICED THAT WE HAD NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT WINDOWS INSTALLED. HE TOLD US THAT WE COULD CONTACT OUR LOCAL UTILITY AND GET A REBATE ON THE WINDOWS BECAUSE OF THEIR ENERGY EFFICIENCY; WHICH WE DID! $200 WORTH. THE INSTALLER NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THIS!
