Robert A McGraw Architect

He is the one that I am considering for the job. I have the plans from a previous architect that stopped the job. I showed him the plans and he sent me an hourly estimate and a percentage of the construction by mail. I find him to be knowledgeable and well-organized. He has followed up and called back several times even though I don?t call right back. I think he has been very responsive and he seems to be a good architect. I?m just trying to figure out if I can afford the amount of work that I would like done.

First, Bob prepared drawings of our house redesigned in an arts & crafts style, he made changes according to our remarks. He also gave us advice about some of our design suggestions & their resulting costs, so we changed our mind about adding these elements because of cost. Then he coordinated all the design consultants' work that were required for city agency reviews, got all the plans together & brought them through for approvals. He gave us names of contractors to get prices for the construction. During construction, Bob drew up some changes that were necessary or because of our request.
