+ -1 moreCould not have been better. And this was after working with another agent who was not proactive and only reacted when I asked a question. The former agent did not present any properties that were not already avaliable on the open market.
Description of Work: He was kind, professional, thorough, patient, and resourceful. When we indentified a home, he advised us in a way that we were able to submit an offer and secure a sucessful agreement among multiple offers. What can sometimes be a arduous process, was instead a great experience.
