Ben was incredible. He went beyond the call of duty and spent a lot of time making sure that everything was working well. He was very clear about explaining what was going on and how he was going to try and fix it. He stayed past his normal working hours to make sure everything was done right. Ben was outstanding and we will not hesitate to call Caesar’s again because of employees like Ben!

Washing machine was violently vibrating and was repaired by Caesar’s. Repair work done by technician Sergio in a professional manner. He explained everything he was doing and was a very pleasant man to talk to. Very happy with the repair work. Washer works like new. I highly recommend Caesar’s
for appliance repair work.
