Description of Work: I contacted Bourke Construction Inc to get an estimate for a full bathroom remodel. Their website states that no job is too small, yet I received an email response that they do not do small jobs. If this is true, that is fine, but please change your website.

Description of Work: Attempted to schedule an appointment for an estimate to rebuild a deck. 1. It took 2 emails to get any response. 2. When the owner did respond to the 2nd email, he suggested an appointment for this morning between 8-8:30. ..which I agreed to. 3. They did not show. No phone call. No email. No nothing.

Description of Work: The scope/expense of the project was beyond what I was budgeting so I did not move forward. However, the responsiveness and professionalism was consistent with the reviews I had read. I would call them again when it comes time to do this project.
