 + -1 moreIt was a very professional and positive experience. My clock was returned to me within a timely manner and runs great now. I will absolutely trust Dean in the future to help with any of my repair needs. In addition, I feel comfortable recommending his service to any of my friends and family members that may need help with their time pieces. Great experience overall.
Description of Work: I have an antique clock that has never run properly. It had been looked at, and had unsuccessful repairs several times in the passed. I was pessimistic that it could ever be fixed, but on a whim I took it to Dean Armentrout as a last effort. Dean was able to fix my clock! I was very pleasantly surprised by his success in this problem. I was shocked at the knowledge Dean had regarding my clock as far as it's origin, history, and approximate date of production go. He really knows his stuff.
