Great, honest, professional, and flexible when it came to options. Not necessarily pushing to do the most expensive things, but wanting to do quality work.

Let me first start by saying that my wife and I have built and/or updated many homes and we have used many contractors. Mark is one of the best. He is honest and trustworthy. He has a great crew (many have been with him over 10 years) that are there to do a great job. When he needs to sub contract, many of his subs have worked with him for over 20 years. Mark estimated our job to be done in 6 months, and it was done within that time. Mark is very good at making "on the fly" suggestions based on his many years in the business. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark Rolandelli Construction to anyone that wants a great job at a fair price.

After getting three separate quotes, it became apparent that none of the companies that "specialize" in drainage systems wanted to put in the time or effort to build in a long term solution for our property. Mark did another large project for us so I requested his advice. He designed and installed a superior system (at less cost!) to the others. I am fairly demanding in my expectations of suppliers; Mark has come through both times we have used him.

We recently purchase a home that had fallen into disrepair. Mark was recommended as someone that could come in and help in all facets of bringing the property back into shape. He was open and willing to work around our schedules and offered a full service solution. It was quite evident working with him that he has been doing this for a long time and is very good at meeting customers expectations. Mark even contacted us a couple of times during the project to make suggestions on how we might save money and still achieve our goals for the property. We felt he really was focused on us during the project and were very satisfied with finished product.
