+ 1 moreHe was very good but to get him to come back was a problem. He was so good at what he did. He was very, very reasonable. He was excellent and very, very good. Everything he did was very good but he was a little on the slow side. He got it done but to get him to come back was very difficult. Once you get him here he doesn't stop until it is done. He is very good and his work is quality. He was very slow and meticulous but he talked a lot. The quality was excellent. He got down to the wire on the responsiveness and punctuality. I would use him again; his flaws are worth it.
Description of Work: I used Kevin Vance to do my kitchen and other projects around the house. He fixed a couple of doors that were really bad. He fixed a fan and a lot of different things.

+ -1 moreHe is a very good handyman and has done other types of work for me in the past. I would gladly recommend his services to other people because he is very reliable and friendly. He does good quality work.
Description of Work: Kevin ran some 14 gauge wiring under my floor for me and he charges approximately $55.00 to $60.00 per hour.
