Workers showed up on time, did what they were expected to do and left, very professional.

A couple of friends that have used them said they are quite good so that is why I went with them. One of them was getting ready to move and she said they did a really good job on her new flooring. I haven't got around to having the work done yet but I liked them very much. He gave me a very reasonable bid and I would have had it done but unfortunately, I had a health problem right about then so I didn't have the money to spend on floors but when I get ready to do it, I am definitely going to call them to come back. They are very reasonably priced because I have had the whole house done before and it is dust-free installation, so that sounded like a good deal too. He got back to me right away. He quoted me $2100. He came out exactly when he said he would. He was very personable, he took very little time to do the quote, and he had the equipment to measure, which I thought was fantastic. When I called his office, I got his wife on the phone and she was just very, very nice. She gave me some hints for floor cleaners since we weren't going to have the floors done right away. She gave me a list of wood floor cleaners, that she uses personally in her own home, so that was very nice of her. So I had a good experience with them and that is why I am going to call them again for an updated bid. Unless I get a much lower bid from somebody else, I am definitely going with them.

It went very good. They were professional and did it the way we wanted them too. They completed it when they said they would. Their price is reasonable.
