They did a great job. I had them repair a leak in the shower faucet at a rental property. It was a very large project and I paid a few hundred extra to have what I needed done. The staff was polite and neat in their work. He did the work with minimal disruption to my tenants and he was very honest. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they were prompt. The project went very smoothly.

I wanted a spigot location moved from its current location. The provider added pipe to the exterior of my home to resolve the location change. I thought the $200 credit would cover the service. I informed the provider of my big deal. He didn't make it know that the service would be far more expensive than I thought. He wrote the final bill for the total job which was $353. That was with the $99 for $200 of credit so all in all the full job was $553. I feel that should have been made known before the job was done or at least that I would be charged an additional feel before the service was done. This would have allowed me to decline the service and apply it to something else.

They did a fine job. There were no problems. It was a good deal. It was very reasonable. I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them as a good place to go for your plumbing. The quality was great. I had no complaints whatsoever.

The plumber was polite and fixed the toilet in the two areas of concern. I was disappointed with the telephone receptionist of the company. The communication from the receptionist to the plumber was not relayed in a timely manner. Therefore, I had to call back to schedule a time. The company did not properly fix the shower head. There was a long delay in their desire to make me a priority. I am not satisfied with their follow-up process. As for the grading scale, I was satisfied with the plumber even though he did not fix the shower head correctly on the first try. However, the grading slides due to the receptionist's inability to follow through on customer service and communication.

Del was very prompt and professional. He returns his calls very quickly and does great work. He explains everything and does not try to rip you off. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for plumbing work. I know I will be calling him in the future for any plumbing needs.

Dale, the plumber, arrived slightly late as he got a little lost getting to my house in Martinez. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had to come back a 2nd day as he didn't have the washer he needed and then a 3rd time when the toilet continued to run inspite of the new flapper. I only paid for one service call, though. I would use him again.

IT TOOK US A FEW DAYS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM, BUT ONCE HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE and DETERMINE IF HE WOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB, HE DID THE WORK THE VERY NEXT DAY. THE FIX LOOKS GREAT and NO MORE LEAK.
