 + -1 moreGerry's group were always on time or early to start work. They went to work quickly and the team worked very well together. They clearly knew what they were doing. They were very nice and thorough. There was a minor miscommunication but Gerry was right there when we needed him and attended to all our needs with professionalism and a smile. Overall they were terrific. Timely, professional, attentive and communicative. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
Description of Work: Completely redo the stucco on porch, ceiling and at rear of garage.

 + -1 moreJerry and his crew members were fast and very organized as they began the project. They always arrived early in the day and would work diligently to the end of the day. The only delays in the project were due to a few days of rain. Jerry would consistently stop by the project to check on his crew and his foreman Alberto was also very competent with attention to detail. In summary CJ Plastering did a superb job. ALL of the unevenness of the stucco has disappeared and the home looks brand new. I would give CJ Plastering my highest recommendation. We got everything we were looking for.
Description of Work: We needed our house resurfaced because of a few additions that were put onto the house prior to our purchasing the home in December 2006. Jerry came out to look at the job and inspected the home completely. He then asked if he could do some tests on the home to assure the product he was recommending would work. After completing the series of tests at no charge to us. Jerry reached the conclusion that the house could be completely power washed, primed and then attach a mesh to the house that would ensure the final layer would adhere to the house. He submitted a bid on the home that was just $500.00 above what we had budgeted for the project. We had budgeted $20,000. for the project. His bid was $20,500. We, actually, after his work was completed, asked him to re-stucco the driveway walls because he had done such a superb job.
