+ -1 moreAdrian showed up on schedule. He was very polite and helpful. Since there was no cleanout access he snaked the drain from a vent on the roof. His charge was about 2/3rds less than Rescue Rooter. I will use him again if I need plumbing services.
Description of Work: Unplug a main line drain on a private residence.

Description of Work: Adrian snaked out our home plumbing, down through the roof, and then out to the street. He also gave an estimate to replace a portion of our plumbing.

+ -1 moreFriday morning showers resulted in both bathtubs backing up and one toilet overflowing.... I checked Angie's List for someone local and found Adrian and left a voice message. He called back quickly and said he could be there in a few hours, after he finished up with another customer, and he was! He assessed the situation and snaked my main sewage line twice to remove the culprit - tree roots. We checked out other issues in my home and discovered a small crack in a bathroom sink drain pipe (duh! wondered why things were getting damp in the sink vanity) - and he fixed that, too. Adrian is very respectful of your home and property. He was honest about plumbing work I could hold off on for the time being. I highly recommend him. I found his prices very reasonable.

+ -1 moreCalled Ady Plumbing and the owner was able to come the same day, after his other appointment in the area. He was quick to diagnose and resolve the problem, which was grease. He spent quite a bit of time making sure he did a thorough job and cleaned up nicely afterwards, and did not charge me extra. He also gave me tips on how to perform periodic maintenance to minimize possibility of future clogging. I highly recommend this vendor as I believe he is professional, knowledgeable, and has integrity.

+ -1 moreTop notch service from Adrian, whose evidently aims to do a good job, and an excellent job he did. He was responsive, arrived punctually and took care of business professionally. He was a trained civil engineer in his home country and clearly knows what he is doing. After unclogging the drain, he took the time to fill the sink with hot soapy water to flush out the loosened debris several times before leaving. He also cleaned up afterwards and gave me good tips on how to minimize grease build up in the drains. I highly recommend this business.

+ 1 moreThis was the best money we have spent yet on plumbing help. We will call Ady for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend him. Access to the bathroom fixtures is extremely uncomfortable--cramped is an understatement. Ady did not complain or do a quick fix that would not last just to get out of there as others who have gone before him have done. He hung in there, figured out what was actually wrong, and fixed it. We're very pleased.
Description of Work: We called Ady to fix a leaking toilet and clear roots out of our drain. He told us clearing would drain would fix the leaking toilet and he was right. So that went well. We have had an ongoing problem with all 6 of our master bath sink fixtures that no one was willing to spend enough time on to get at the root of the problem. Since Ady finished the drain cleaning quickly, we asked him to take a look at our bathroom fixtures. Both sinks had problems with all three fixtures: 4 faucet handles and 2 faucets in all were lose and nearly impossible to use. It took Ady a while to diagnose the problem--something no other professional had been willing to take the time to do in the past--but once he did, he fixed all 6 fixtures. They are now solidly affixed as they should have been from the beginning but were not because the original contractor installed them improperly. He changed some hoses and also went out to purchase a drain cap that met code requirements (our 45-year-old cap did not) and installed that.

+ 0 moreAdy took our minor repairs as seriously as he took the major plumbing construction he did for our neighbors. We learned about him from a neighbor who hired him to redo their entire hot water system to be recirculating. But he was as hard-working, honest and caring about our small tasks as he was about their large project.
Description of Work: We asked Ady to check all faucets for leaks and to repair them. He did a very thorogh job tightenting faucets, repairing leaks, sealing around the faucets and showerheads in the shower. We asked if he knew anything about sprinklers and drip systems, and he repairded those, too. He also replaced a leaking hose and wind-up hose assembly. He was fantastic.
