Description of Work: I hired Boo Boo Busters to baby proof my house. I have 14 month old twins and their small play area wasn’t quite enough for them anymore; they really wanted free reign of the house. I have an older and fairly unique house with some spaces I wanted to keep them away from. Randall helped me come up with some creative solutions at the consultation that would allow enough space for the girls to explore safely. Natalia was friendly and quick with email responses and scheduling. Day of installation Randall and Phil were extremely professional, efficient and kind. The equipment is top quality and has all worked very well. I definitely would and already have recommended Boo Boo Busters to friends.

+ -1 moreVery responsive owner via email. Very nice talkative friendly installer. Good quality gates which we could not have installed ourselves as well. Those were the good parts. The bad Did not bring all materials out to first install appointment. Had to set up a second install. Had to ask for a new quote for these 2nd trip items including sizing information and images not requested previously. It was a lot of back and forth. At one point the owner nearly admitted that the right hand wasn't talking to the left. Info in her quote emails somehow were not getting to the installer. Seems silly when he comes out to the appointment, not her. Maybe this service is a better fit for celebrities who have hired help to be available to take service calls. I'd use again in a pinch.
Description of Work: Installed baby gates: 1 fireplace gate, 2 stair gates, and 1 sheet of plexiglass on the lower stair rails.

Jason came out and did a free inspection and estimate of our home giving us information about the services he would provide as well as tips for me that did not include his services. This included a recommendations such as ,"Remove hanging table clothes." This was helpful and showed me that he cared about our daughter's safety, not just about making a sale. We would use him again and feel good about recommending him to others.
Description of Work: Gates, doorknob covers, latches, door stoppers, outlet covers and installation of all products.
