It was very last minute for an investment property of mine.. the tenant call flipping out and i had to get a quick fix. I called up for quotes they came out really quick met my property manager and fortunatly had time and the supplies to work on it right away. everything is great and no more late phone calls from my tenant. now i need to find a new property manager to be able to handle these situations without me. lol

I hired this imbecile on May 28th to connect my refrigerator water line -- an apparently simple task. He went to Home Depot and bought some connectors that eventually did not work. Finally he claimed that he needed a part from a plumbing supply store. He then showed up late that night. He said that he had found the right parts at Home Depot. I challenged this because he had already failed with these sorts of common parts. He insisted that he had the solution. He made a lot of noise with his wrenches and proclaimed "I just needed to be more aggressive" He then sealed up my wall. On Saturday morning May 28th, I arrived to my new rental to find the entire floor flooded. The connectors that Bobby had bought were incorrect. He had simply force them together. This did not prevent the from leaking. The floor was covered with water. The wall was full of water. My neighbors even called the plumber because they saw seepage through their walls. I called a licensed professional plumber, who charged me $329 to fix the issue. Then rented a $17 bower to dry the wall out. I still have not repaired the wall, which will cost app. $65. So after paying "Bobby" $80, I will end up fixing his atrocious work with another $411 or a grand total of nearly $500. I have demanded that Bobby repay the costs, but he has refused. I am filing a small claims action against him next week. Do not use this individual.
