Recommend find another cleaning service that appreciates your patronage Unbelievable how office staff responded to dispute over time cleaning crew was present. ___________________________________________________________________________ I copied in a previous 1 star review to show how unprofessional this office still is. All this office cares about it how much money they can make off of you, especially the vulnerable elderly. The ladies that have come to clean are wonderful and work hard, this review is solely about the office staff. First off, during our estimate, Rosemarie came in and looked around our whole house and stated that because the house was clean, she kept saying wow, that the house cleaning would probably not take a lot of time. We were quoted a range with a number she said it wouldn't exceed for our first cleaning. Well, it exceeded and over $120 over. The cleaning came out to almost $600 for my elderly parents house that has two people living in it. So, I spoke to Sorraima, the supervisor and was able to work with her to get the originally estimated and PROMISED price. The cleanings progressed uneventfully for a couple of months and then Rosemarie showed up today during a cleaning unannounced. She lied about the purpose of her visit, saying she was coming in for a check up and to see if we were happy. She looked around and then told me that the price was going up for the cleaning because the ladies were spending an extra half hour the past cleanings. Extra time? I was shocked, my parents pre-clean, even clean midway through the month, AND move furniture around to make things easier. She was the ESTIMATOR from the beginning, this could have all been worked out in the beginning if estimated PROPERLY instead of increasing the price midway. She said that because they had a lot of square footage, that's why the price was going up. But, the house didn't grow from her initial visit. Her tone was mean and unprofessional as well as her demeanor and when I said that I would talk to her supervisor, perhaps there was a way to work things out, maybe negotiate, she yelled, "There are no negotiations!" and left. One of the ladies actually apologized to me for her behavior. I knew right then and there that I didn't want to work with this company again. I spoke to Sorraima after Rosemarie left and she offered that I do a priority list, which is not have some rooms cleaned for the same price. Is that what you call a solution, LESS WORK for same money? Our agreement was for the whole house, it says that on the original estimate. I included a photo of the initial estimate with Rosemarie which she signed and that she SWORE that the price would never go above the $328 per cleaning she wrote in below. It includes ALL of the rooms and the square footage. Beware! My poor parents would have been subjected to these continuing price increases if I had not been there to see what was going on. STAY AWAY! So many other reputable cleaning companies out there!

They have done fine job for me. They are always punctual and do a good job for me. I am always happy with their service. They might a little on pricier but they are reliable, licensed, bonded and insured. These are all things that I appreciate.

The only thing I liked about them was that I called them the day before and they were able to send someone the next day. But other than that I didn’t like anything about them and I definitely did not like the owner of the company. They were supposed to have two people come out for three hours to clean my house partially not the entire house. They told my husband that they had to spend another hour which was really expensive and they did not even clean the house. I don’t know what they were doing the whole time they were there. They cleaned the bathroom adequately but I had to clean the rest of the house myself. They didn’t clean out the kitchen counter and they just didn’t do everything that was on their checklist. It was horrible. They didn’t come on time. They were late and didn’t call. The owner even called a couple of weeks later. I really thought he was calling me to find out why I was displeased but he wasn’t. He was just calling to try to get me to pay for the service. He didn’t even listen and didn’t care. He never even offered to send someone over to look to see the quality of the job and said I was lying. In response from Molly Maids, they never offered to send anyone out to look, no one came to look. My husband was home at the time, but working in another room. He did not watch them work. He did not say they were hardworking. The house was not in poor shape. They only were cleaning 3 rooms, the kitchen, family room and the bathroom. There are no knick knacks to dust. They did not even wipe the kitchen counters, no attempt was made. They did not dust the coffee table or the fireplace mantel. I was offered reduced fee, but I did not feel it was enough. I would have allowed anyone to come over and look at the job, but that was not even offered. Had someone come out and inspected the job, I'm sure they would have seen that it was not done to anyone's satisfaction.

They come out every two weeks and charge $125 per cleaning. I like the girls who do the work; they have been real reliable, honest and careful. I have the same work crew come out each time and their pricing is average.

We haven't used them consistently but I just started using them on a weekly basis. They are pretty good and if I ever have a complaint, they take my call and come back out and fix it. I like that they are a national chain and people are very familiar with them. Most of my friends who have used a maid service have used them. I have just signed up with them so yes, I will continue to use them.

They were okay. They are expensive for what you get, but they are quick, nice and do a good job. It was 3 hours of work with 2 people. The workers were very polite, and one of them worked especially hard to make sure she got the bathrooms really clean. The other one was just very sweet. She went about and did all the blinds and the things that you don't like to get to you like the baseboards and things like that. They were both very nice and I cleaned along with them, so the 3 of us were able to get the whole house done in the 3 hours. I called them in the morning, and they were there like in an hour. They were able to group together and just do it quickly because I was pregnant and we had somebody in the house that had Strep throat. They were quick, and they didn't mind that they were cleaning the house of somebody who was sick in it. If I really needed something in a hurry and I didn't have time to do it, I will use them.

.MOLLY MAID was very disappointing and very expensive. They did not clean very well. They never moved anything to clean. They cleaned around things and miss things like miss cleaning the closet mirrors. They did not do the windows, the sliding glass door. So I had to have three different shifts come here because they were so bad. I did not want them to come back because they were terrible. They were not punctual either. I will not use them again.

They started great and they declined and I complained and it got better than it declined again. I thought instead of calling every month, I should just quit, so I did. Their prices are average. You have to keep on them, almost stand over them. I wouldn't use them again in the future.

They do an OK job, but I have to check everything before they leave and always find they missed several things, like the bathtub, bathroom floor, etc. Last time after they left. I dripped some water on the kitchen tile floor so wiped up the water with a paper towel and noticed the towel was very dirty. So, I then got a clean cloth and Begin cleaning the kitchen floor with simple green and saw that it was picking up a lot of dirt. My tile is a mottled brown/gold, so you cannot see the dirt, but with wiping up with a white cloth, it definitely was dirty which indicated it had been a long time since they really cleaned the floor. Today I checked the master bath and they floor was not done properly and the bathtub had not been washed out. On the other hand, when I call the office, the office people are very courteous and accommodating; however, they did not offer any kind of partial refund for a poor job. They did send out an inspector with the next service. But this has happened too many times for me to continue using them. Will choose someone with an "A" rating on Angie's List.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR QUITE A LONG TIME. I HAVE HAD THE SAME CREW FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. SOME OF THE MEMBERS RETIRED, BUT THEY WORKED UNTIL THEY FOUND ANOTHER CREW THAT WORKED WELL FOR ME. IT IS A PERSONALIZED SERVICE.

ELSIE IS A VERY GOOD PERSON, WORK IS GREAT. SHE IS ALWAYS ON TIME, AND TAKES PRIDE IN HER WORK. SHE IS A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN MY HOME. DOES A GREAT JOB!!

THEY WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY EVEN SHOWED ME A FEW TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP THINGS A LITTLE CLEANER. US GUYS NEED ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET.

I'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THEY PERFORM THEIR FUNCTIONS AND THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WITH THEIR CLEANING. I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPARE THE PRICE TO, BUT I GUESS IT'S ABOUT AN AVERAGE PRICE.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY'RE GALS WHO CAME IN AND SPOTTED OUR CARPET WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS AND THEY MADE NO NOTE OF IT. WHEN WE CAME HOME, WE NOTICED THAT THEIR EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE BEEN KICKING OUT SOMETHING BLACK. THEY MADE NO APOLOGIES. WE HAD TO DO ALL OF THE FOLLOW UP OURSELVES.

THEY HAVE SOME WOMEN WHO ARE TERRIFIC AND VERY GOOD CLEANERS AND THEN THERE ARE SOME WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO CLEAN AND I HAD TO TEACH THEM. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND ASKED IF I HAD TRAINED THEM. I HAD ONE WHO WOULD BREAK THINGS AND NOT TELL ME. BECAUSE I HAVE THEM EVERY FOUR WEEKS I DON'T GET REALLY GOOD CLEANERS. I GUESS THEY THOUGHT SINCE I WASN'T A REGULAR I SHOULD GET INEXPERIENCED ONES.

IT IS GOOD, THEY DO SHOW UP. THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN COME, EVEN ON SHORT NOTICE IF YOU NEED IT, AND IF THEY EVER BREAK SOMETHING THEY FIX IT FOR YOU.
