Description of Work: Installed digital programmable thermostat. The serviceman was punctual and performed the installation quickly and efficiently. He checked everything to be sure all of the features worked, and explained the functions clearly. This is me "go-to" HVAC company now.

Description of Work: Marvel replaced our original 20+ year old 5-ton AC unit and all vents that came with the house with a brand new unit. The team was extremely responsive and informative. I received a handful of quotes and Marvel had the best pricing and great personal customer service. Our AC was on the fritz during the hottest period of the summer, so needless to say they were completely backed up with work. Luckily they had an opening from a cancelled appointment and immediately let us know we had the option to install within a few days vs. a few weeks. The work they performed on the installation was top notch, clean and quick. The follow up by Brenda was great as well. I would absolutely use them again for our future HVAC needs.

+ -1 moreGerry, the owner of Marvel is a great guy. From the very first visit for an estimate we knew we could trust his company. When it came to installation there was a problem getting the unit into our backyard. Gerry never came to us and asked us to cover the expense of a crane he just called one and they had the unit in on time and on estimate. Any additional problems we have had have been taken care of in a timely fashion and at no additional costs to us. Professional and trustworthy.

+ -1 moreInitial call was to determine what may have been wrong. Of course, unit decided to work with no problem. Lucky, in our conversation after the work/assessment was done, the unit decided to show off it's true colours. Gerry recommended a replacement unit and explained the various parts and how the job would be done. We set a date for the install. The cost for this call was applied to the cost of the compressor unit 10 days later (my schedule, not theirs). The tech was right on time, had the unit installed and running in about 2 hours. Overall, this was my first experience getting such a major replacement. I appreciated the time both guys spent explaning the problem with the old unit, the efficiency of the new unit and the great service on the day of installation.

Description of Work: Gerry and his crew were excellent and could not have been more professional. His bid was very fair and less than others we had seen. His crew was polite, punctual and professional. We had Marvel replace a mess of ducting and two zones and were very, very pleased with the job. Even our neighbors commented on how nice the roof looks (flat roof with exter ducting and units). Marvel has worked on my Mom's home and my brother's home. We give them an A++++
